This fully remodeled 1,000 square foot condo is perfect for a skiing or hiking family.
On the ground level is a bright and sunny expanded great room, with a living area featuring a gas fireplace, a dining area for 6 and a full kitchen with updated appliances and cabinets. A TV, stereo and CD player make this a cozy gathering area for the whole family.
Upstairs is the master bedroom with a King bed, adjoining bath and television while the guest bedroom has a set of Twin beds and a bath in the hall. A small loft area provides a bonus space with a television and throw pillows.
The Trex deck off the living room is a beautiful bonus for summer time relaxing by the babbling Warm Springs Creek. This complex is a short walk to Warm Spring lifts, and has full use of the Prospector amenities, including the hot-tub, summer-use pool and washer/dryer facility.
Pets are welcome with an additional deposit, however, to help maintain the integrity of this property, smoking is not permitted.

We had a lovely stay in your condo, Prospector 136, in December. The location was perfect for walking to the lift and the bus stops right at the top of our road. The condo was clean and the kitchen was very well supplied. The snow was always quickly removed and the manager was always available and friendly. Not having to check in and out was very convenient, also. It was everything you said and then some. We would recommend it to anyone.

We have enjoyed our stays in this unit the past 3 years and appreciate your prompt efforts to take care of any issues. The location is perfect and the fact that it is pet friendly will undoubtedly bring us back again.
