Located at 3 North Forest Beach Drive across from Coligny Plaza, the villa features a newly installed KEYLESS ENTRY SYSTEM for your added convenience, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with top of the line appliances and a breakfast bar for 3. The dining area has seating for 6. A newly redecorated living room has a queen sleeper sofa, 2/3 chairs, HIGH-DEFINITION FLAT SCREEN TV, VCR, DVD player and stereo/CD player. The living room leads to a covered veranda/balcony where you can enjoy the cool ocean breezes with a table for 4 and 2 lounge chairs for relaxation.
The master bedroom has a king bed, chair, a NEW HIGH-DEFINITION FLAT SCREEN TV with a VCR/DVD player and access to the living room veranda/balcony. The private bath has a garden tub and separate shower. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds, chair, a New Flat Screen TV with a built-in DVD player and private bath with a tub/shower combination.
Linens are provided, along with a Washer and Dryer.

There is a spectacular rooftop swimming pool, hot tub, and sun deck on the 4th floor. There is also an easily accessible walk that leads directly to the beach (about a 2-3 minute walk).
Besides the on-site pool and sun deck, our villa has privileges directly across the street at Sea Crest Villas, including an oceanfront pool & snack bar.
Many other activities, including Golf, Miniature Golf, Tennis, Biking, Fishing, Shopping, Restaurants, Boating, Sailing, Windsurfing, Parasailing, and Jet Skiing are available near-by.

This gorgeous home has spoiled us. It is beautifully decorated, supplied with top of the line kitchen items, and very comfortable. A great beach is steps away. The owners are wonderful and have supplied everything anyone would need. It is the best place to stay on the island!

We have been coming to Hilton Head for several years and this was the best unit that we have stayed in. The location was perfect and the layout provided us with adequate space for a family of 4. The complex was nice with the parking garage and the pool. The amenities of Sea Crest were an added bonus especially with the kiddie pool. The owners were helpful, friendly and make the condo feel like you are still at home. We will be back.

We always enjoy staying at North Shore Place, we have stayed 4 out of the last 5 years it really feels like our "home away from home". We love the proximity to restaurants and shopping as well as ease of access to the beach. The kitchen in the villa is very well stocked with cooking supplies and offers all the convenience of home. This property is very well maintained. For nearby restaurants I would recommend Steamers for great seafood and the lobster night at Reilley's is very tasty and affordable. We always spend an evening enjoying jazz at the Jazz Corner.

So convenient to the beach, great view from the pool. All conveniences within walking distances. Clean, inviting atmosphere; our second visit and we can't wait to come back!

I brought my family down this past April 2011 and we enjoyed the week. This condo is spacious and clean. We loved staying here because it was so close to everything and our car wasn't necessary all the time. We rented bikes and walked the beach. We have been to HHI many times before and always stayed across the street. We enjoyed this location just as much if not more because we were very close to everything; however, this complex is quiet!....Love it and will go back.

This villa is very convenient to shopping, restaurants and the beach and staying here was fun. The unit was totally equipped with new furniture in the living room and new flat panel tv's in 3 of the rooms. We could tell that the wall painting was fresh. They have a beautiful 4rh floor pool and spa but you are a very short walk to the ocean beach or to the Sea Crest pool sitting right next to the beach. The owners of this villa even supplied us with an umbrella and some beach chairs abd a small cooler so we didn't have to buy or rent them. They have thought of everything. The unit was beautifully clean and the parking garage was a life-saver. We have already placed our reservation for next year.
