Neighborhood has sound access with boat ramp in back of the house just a short walk. Near enough to carry a kayak. 2 KAYAKS PROVIDED.
Beach access is just steps away..about 3 minutes(or less)
door to beach.
House is beautifully decorated with all new furnishings.
