Welcome to our little "Beach Escape". We are located on the Emerald Coast in the heart of Seagrove Beach, Florida. Our condo has a great cottage feel, warmly appointed, and a grand view of the pool and courtyard. Total comfort for a small family or couple. This highly affordable nest features a queen-size bed, sofa with queen-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen and full bath.
Conveniently located near the stairs with easy access to the pool and beautifully landscaped courtyard. Just a short walk to the beach (150 yards) where you can bask in the sun on the gorgeous sugar-white beach of the Gulf of Mexico. There is a 22 mile bike/walking trail just steps from the condo. Walk or bike to famous Seaside (with it's quaint boutiques - a shoppers delight) or visit many of the area's fine restaurants, entertainment, and activities. Come and relax in our little "Beach Escape".

My husband and I spent a 3 day weekend here in early October. We spend our summer vacation in Seagrove, so we knew we loved the area! This condo was very clean, comfortable, convenient to the beach, convenience store, local restaurants. It has been maintained very well - the bed was comfortable and everything we needed was available (kitchen items, towels, etc.) I would recommend anyone who wants a reasonably priced, comfortable studio to look into this one. We will be returning! We love Cocoon's for wonderful sandwiches, salads, etc.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, tourists without a car.

I've been staying at this condo at least once a year for more than 20 years. I've been there during the summer, winter, fall and summer. It is charming, cozy, comfortably appointed and centrally located--I can walk to the grocery store, down to Seaside or across the street to the most beautiful beach in the world. It's a welcome retreat for me, and I can highly recommend it if you are single, a couple or a small family. It's also a short drive to the outlet malls in Destin and the Donut Hole restaurant for a great breakfast. Many nifty boutiques in the area and a good selection of restaurants.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+.
