The main level contains a large but cozy carpeted living room with a gas fireplace and vaulted ceiling. This is open to the newly tiled dining area and kitchen with breakfast bar. Great for socializing while food is being prepared. Master bedroom has king bed & private bath. The second bedroom is next to the main floor bathroom. Upstairs loft has a queen bed & two twin beds.It also has its own bathroom. All the linens are soft, high thread-count Egyptian cotton for the feel of a luxury hotel. Unit is equipped with a full size washer and dryer. There is a large covered porch off livingroom that is perfect for an afternoon glass of wine,or grilling and outdoor dining.
Located in the Pagosa Lakes area, just 3 miles from downtown Pagosa Springs. There are breathtaking views of the San Juan Mountains.
