Love Staying in this unit

My husband and I were married in Mbeach in 2008 . We stayed in this unit, the only think we didnt like was the fact the beds were HARD other than that, it was what one would expect from a rental unit. Not 100% perfect but well worth the money. The view is absolutly georgous from the balcony any to wake up and go to sleep with the band just below was great, Not to mention the fact that you dont have to leave the Sands for anything!!! You just cant please everyone

Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We have stayed with this renter twice now and have gotten what we expected both times. It's not the Ritz, but for a beach condo, you can't beat the closeness to the beach, being able to wake up and look at the ocean and the cost makes it extremely worthy for our family. Thank you for keeping your rates down while so many others are raising theirs. Looking forward to another stay!

Needs many repairs. within and hour of arriving called owner to let them know that the toliet sit in master bath was broke. said they would fix the next day. was there a week and never fixed. the sliding glass door frame was also broke and was reported and was not fixed. Owner came in and accused us of leaving a door open and letting bird in. door was never left open. When he did come in the day after we got there to find out what size seat was needed. They smoked in the unit. We had to leave doors open to air it out. PLEASE bring own cleaning supplies. Not worth the money saved.

Owner response:we insstruct all rentals to call the office if there are any problems once they arrive to the unit..this renter did not call the office till the last day of there stay requesting $$$ back.. yes the toilet seat was cracked and it was replaced when we were made aware of the situation..this condo is also 2 bdrm 2 bath so there was another operable toilet..i am assuming thats why they waited so long to call the office. the sliding glass door is not damaged or broken!!! as for the smoke or bird in the unit i am not aware of. we only rent non smoking units so this is a surprise to me!!!

Bring your own cleaning supplies! We found the unit to not be very clean, we also found glass in the carpet. Whatever was left from previous guest was in the drawers of the nite stand. These were things you don't want your children to find. The beds are double size NOT queen. There was trash pushed under the beds and left there. It was very average to fair, the condo was tolerable, but I was not 100% happy with it. The staff at Ocean Sands was very nice and friendly. They always spoke, opened doors for you, made you feel welcome.
