Come and enjoy all that Bethany and the surrounding area has to offer! Our three bedroom, two and a half bath town home is located a mile from the beach in the Villas of Bethany West. It is an easy walk to the beach and board walk, or take the Bethany Beach trolley that stops in the front of our unit or the unit comes with a beach parking permit, if you prefer to drive.
The first floor includes a large open family room, fireplace, kitchen and breakfast bar, dining area and half bath. There are three bedrooms; master with queen/bath, and two with twin beds/bath. A pull out sofa is on the first floor that sleeps two.
There is a large deck with private outdoor shower, gas grill and comfortable patio furniture for relaxing and sun bathing. The unit has cable, high speed wireless internet, stereo, three televisions and DVD player. We are located next to the community pool, tennis courts and play area. There is also a docking area if you wish to launch either a canoe or a kayak.

We enjoyed our stay in your lovely home. Great distance for biking to the beach! Very peaceful setting at Villas of Bethany West! We love the town of Bethany- very quiet, family oriented, still a lot to do! Beach replenishment is wonderful- much more space this year! We'll be back!

This is our 10th consecutive year in Bethany and although the town has a small felling we have found something new and exciting each year. This truly is a Paradise- the beach is perfect and the condo is the perfect distance to feel both right on the beach as well as adding the homey feeling of small ponds and tennis courts. The weather has been perfect but unfortunatly we are leaving just as Hurricane Bill is rolling in. We saw the beginning of this yesterday with some of the waves reached 8-10 feet! Thanks you for sharing your home with us and we will be back.!

We really enjoyed the house- so well provisioned and decorated. We enjoyed the back deck with the birds and the beautiful trees!!! This trip to Bethany was quite an experience for me. There is so much to enjoy with your family. The house was very welcoming and the pool was fun. Bethany is the place to stay.

We loved the peacefulness in Bethany West. The pool was great and the tennis courts were fun. The condo was very functional for our family of 6. The outdoor shower was an added bonus. It was the perfect distance to town. I really liked the condo- we each got our own bed. I especially liked the living room it was great for reading at night. The shower in the master suite was perfect. It was the perfect distance from everything. We live your condo.

The place is nice not great- the inside is useable the kitchen needs to be remodeled but it did have everything we need. The living room/dining room is cozy just a little outdated but nice, the bathrooms great except one outside needs a light. Bedrooms very nice and ensuite bath nice. We are having a great time and the pool is great. PS The house is still very inviting and welcoming and nice and the deck is nice
