My wife and I have been married for more than 30 years and have two wonderful sons currently in college. Sandy is an avid runner and physical fitness enthusiast that you can find jogging on the beach every morning we are on HHI. Golf keeps me busy as I continue to chase that elusive "perfect round". We are both consultants in the educational community in Ohio. I have been employed in this environment for 36 years while Sandy joined the ranks 11 years ago. We are warm weather seekers and enjoy every opportunity to escape Ohio's climate for the warmth and sunshine of HHI.

The owners were very prompt in responding to my inquiry to stay at their lovely villa. Our family of four had an excellent time for a long weekend over Thanksgiving break. This very large villa was beautifully decorated and had every convenience we would have wanted! We would definitely stay at this location again when going to Hilton Head. This is a wonderful condo for two couples, a golfing group, or small family. Very well furnished, super comfy beds and the best location on HHI! Located on a lagoon, we really enjoyed sitting on the covered deck and watching the wildlife and kayakers go by. We walked over the lagoon on the nearby bridge to the general store for a paper every morning. If you are there in Dec., Jan. or Feb. look for the Serg Group coupons for great deals on the areas best eateries! Beach is an easy walk as are the three nearby golf courses.

This was our first time visiting HHI. The accomodations exceeded our expectations. The location was excellent because it was near golf courses, restaurants, and shopping. Palmetto Dunes is a world class resort. The ocean is just a short walk from the condo and use of the Disney Beach House was a plus. We really enjoyed the condo... the entertainment choices were wonderful. The unit had three great widescreens and 3 associate Blu-Rays. One of the Blu-Rays was internet-connected with NetFlix. We would recommend Hilton Head as a vacation destination and this unit as a place to stay for couples and families. The owner was very easy to work with.
