Maravilla is a private community of low-rise condominiums, cottages, and beach estates. It's perfectly situated away from the crowds and congestion of high-rise apartment buildings. Its location is convenient for shopping, restaurants, and an abundance of activities. The 33-acre resort is perfectly situated on Florida's glimmering Emerald Coast.
*** UNIT#1202 - BOTH MASTER and GUEST Suites offer the luxury of KING-SIZED Bedding, 32" cable-connected HDTV's, DVD player, phones, alarm clock radios, plenty of dresser storage and closets.*** The Master suite's sliding glass door allows access to the 30' balcony. There is also an answering machine located in the master suite to ensure you won't miss those important messages.
The bunk room is a favorite of little ones yet comfortable enough for adults! A CUSTOM BUILT-IN bunk bed was built in November 2006. The lower bunk features a full-size mattress, twin mattress is on the top. There is a small wicker dresser located behind the door. *** The BUNK ROOM IS ALSO EQUIPPED WITH A 22" CABLE-CONNECTED HDTV with DVD player. This feature is RARE at Maravilla! *** When comparing, please ask about this amenity!*** There is also a hanging locker with enough room to store several suitcases. The new tile floor and bead-board wall surrounding the bunk compliment the decor.
The living room has a queen-sized sleeper sofa, two leather swivel/recliners with ottomans. There is a 42" HDTV located on the wall in the living area. Inside the furniture cabinet below the TV is the modem for the wireless internet, DVD, and Sony stereo system. Board games and a small library of reading material can also be found in the living area.
The kitchen is overly-equipped. Besides the usual refrigerator/freezer, electric stove, it also includes a microwave, coffee maker, electric can opener, toaster, blender, crock pot, electric steamer, lobster pot, small food processor, waffle maker, and so much more. There is a FULL-SIZED Stackable Washer and Dryer in the kitchen area.
Access to our private, 30 foot balcony is either from the living area or the master suite. The bar-height table and four comfortable chairs afford a great gulf view without the interference of balcony railings. It's also a great spot to sip that favorite beverage or enjoy a quiet meal.
In addition to the 2 swimming pools (one seasonally heated), hot tub, exercise room, tennis courts, shuffleboard court, and clubhouse, our 2.5 acre private beach is sure to delight any dedicated beach lover!
Our seasonal beach attendant service, March 15-Oct. 31 (weather permitting), offers umbrellas, chairs, and watersports rentals.
***Our guests will be provided a beach umbrella and 2 chairs during their stay. Complimentary! *** The beach service will take care of "set-up" and "break-down." WOW! Fun in the sun just can't get much easier than this!

**** CANCELLATION POLICY **** "Cancellation of reservations must be made within (30) thirty days prior to check-in for a nightly or weekly booking: (60) sixty days prior to a monthly booking; and (3) three days prior to any booking made within (14) fourteen days of arrival. A ($100) one hundred dollar processing fee will be charged for ALL cancellations plus 3% for any credit card charges. Late cancellations will result in forfeiture of full advance rental payment."
