  We had a girl's week here with sisters, niece and friends Sept 8-15. What a wonderful time we had in the most ideal location with comfortable roomy accommodations. We could spread out in the living room and porch and take off to the beach on foot and to the charming town of Rehoboth. There is plenty of space to store clothes, suitcases, and beach stuff. It is very quiet for sleeping and the kitchen is very well appointed. The bathroom is pristine, but also enjoyed the outdoor shower to rinse off the sand. Our weather was perfect every day. Since I've been home, I go to sleep thinking of this charming escape. I fully intend to return. Thank you

  My family of four stayed here about a month ago. We loved the accommodations and convenience of this place! We were, as the ad states, steps from the boardwalk/beach and just far enough away from the action to enjoy peace and quiet at night. The apartment is super clean and has all the comforts of home. It was just the right size for the four of us. Nice for the girls to have their own bedroom so the adults could enjoy the family room at night. Air conditioners kept the place nice and cool. We cooked in the kitchen many times and had everything we needed. Thanks for a great place to stay!

  This is a great, cozy beach place! It is not very big, but clean, updated and stocked with most everything. A couple of frying pans (one small and one bigger) would be nice additions to the kitchen to be able to cook things like eggs easily (there were only pots). Also, we loved the location and convenience of being so close to the beach and boardwalk. The outside shower with warm water is indeed very nice. A previous commenter noted there were ants in the kitchen but we did not encounter any during our stay. We did keep the kitchen counters free of crumbs and dirty dishes but we did leave some bananas and peaches on the counter. Thanks for the great week!

  This was our first experience with vacation rentals and it was a great one. Cynthia takes excellent care of the property (very clean!) and it really does have all the comforts of home. This rental is upstairs at the back of what are essentially two separate houses at a single location. There are stairs leading up to a private enclosed porch. The location can't be beat... close enough to everything to walk (most importantly steps to the beach!)... but still quiet. There is wifi available, but not terribly reliable... seems to be in and out... though we had a stable internet connection through our cell phone so wasn't a big deal for us. It was off-season, and definitely a sleepy beach town this time of year...shops and activities open up on the weekend but many are closed during the week. But off-season has its perks... Tasting Tuesdays at BlueMoon is an unbelievable steal of a deal! Overall...wouldn't trade our experience for anything... we were soooo glad we gave a rental a try... look forward to going back!!

  We really enjoyed our week's stay. It was big enough for my husband & I plus our 5 year old. My daughter & her husband stayed part of the week too. Very convenient to the beach. Had everything we needed. Only complaint would be the pull out sofa mattress. You can feel every spring. Other than that it was perfect & we can't wait to go back. Also like to add it's nice & quiet which is a huge plus!

  We stayed at your apartment last summer and loved it! It was in the perfect location for us...only blocks to the beach and Rehobeth Ave. The car stayed parked most of the week! The apartment was very clean and spacious for three adults. The only complaint was that there were ants in the kitchen, but the owners quickly came and took care of them! A recommendation for ANY home in warm weather...keep food in the fridge and in closed containers to avoid the little critters. We will definitely be back!

  We have rented this apartment for two years and hope to go back. The location cannot be beat, as well as the cleanliness and functionality of the apartment. We love to wake up in the morning and walk to the beach barefoot! We also love the outdoor shower. Great to come back from the beach and rinse all the sand off in the warm shower water before heading inside. The second floor porch area is also wonderful. We love to sit at the table on the porch and play board games at night. If you listen carefully, you can hear the large waves crash and the shrieks of the kids on the rides. The only drawbacks are the lack of good internet connection and the small single TV. But we do not go to the beach to watch TV - so it works for us. Also, the sofabed mattress is not great, so it might be best not to count that one as a real bed. The owners are nearby and maintain the rental each week, ensuring that the little things get fixed quickly. Rehoboth Beach is a great little beach town with something for everyone. We especially love the rides and arcades, which are smaller scale and much more manageable than the huge boardwalk in Ocean City. Although, OC is just a short ride away, so if you long for packed crowds you can head over there too.

  My husband and I recently stayed in the cottage for a long September weekend. The cottage is small, but just right for a couple. The location is wonderful -- easy walking distance to the beach, the boardwalk, and downtown. The kitchen and bathroom have very recently been updated and are immaculate, as was the rest of the cottage and the property (though I didn't get to use it, the property also boasts a great outdoor shower). We really enjoyed our stay and will happily return.

  What a wonderful vacation home away from home. The apartment and its location was perfect for our family of three. The kitchen was well stocked, and the updated bathroom was lovely. The storage space in both of the bedrooms was an added bonus. This was my first trip to Rehoboth, and this property absolutely makes me want to come back year after year.
