Activities (on site or nearby): A short walk to North Beach, a lot quieter than Hampton Beach and without the traffic and congestion! The beach is quite long, great for walking or just hanging out and playing in the sand and waves. This beach is popular with families or take a 10 min walk to Main Beach or you can take a short 3/4 mile ride south to Hampton Beach - and enjoy the arcades, bars and restaurants, and live entertainment at the Shell stage. There are plenty of non-beach activities - a huge water park just up Route 1; visit Portsmouth with wonderful shops and historical sites, as well as a children's museum; take a boat to the Isle of Shoals; shop at the outlets; or visit one of the many nearby state parks - to name a few. Hiking, Biking, Golf, Miniature golf, Amusement Parks, Fishing, Wildlife Viewing, Shopping, Restaurants, Cinemas, Museums, Sightseeing, Swimming, Boating, Sailing, Surfing, Windsurfing.

  • We had a great time staying at this property. The owner is very nice and the condo was clean and comfortable. It's a nice quiet area with quick access to the highway. We went to the white mountains, Portsmouth and Portland from here...all within 2 full days. We would recommend this property.

  • We stayed at this Condo for 5 days in early September of 2009. This property was very, very clean and is set up just like an RCI rental so everything you need is readily available. The property is one block off of the main boardwalk/ocean front which is great and allowing you some privacy yet great access to all of the action. The local residents at the complex were a wealth of information for restaurant suggestions and just general local information. The facility had a wonderful clean laundry facility. This unit is a wonderful location for day trips but great because of the local boardwalk and ocean. You will not go wrong renting this facility!

  • This was the best hidden place in Hampton! A coffee shop in walking distance, the beach steps away, the pool was great! If you need a place to recharge I recommend this location, very cozy and everyone was so nice. We can't wait to go back.The kids had a blast too!

  • Great condo. Very clean and quiet. Everything you need is available. Very close to the beach. Jim was very easy to deal with. Neighbours are quiet and friendly. Parking is good. The pool looked great, unfortunately the weather was not in our favour. Hope to come back again.
