Fine art and tasteful interior design makes this unit stand out from ALL the rest. If you are used to the finer things in life, you will feel right at home.

This condo is perfect for 6 adults or family who desire a beach villa with class and style. It has three bedrooms with ocean view balconies, 2 and 1/2 baths, ultra modern, fully equipped kitchen. This two floor unit is located In front of the central pool and beach entrance. Additional amenities include washer/dryer, flat screen TVs, cable TV, DVD player,and wireless/ wired internet access. We also offer included in our price, maid service, towel and linen service, hotel size bathing kit ( lotion, shampoo, soap). Everything is first class!

The apartment is located in the recently remodeled Villas Marlin Condominium. The complex has 3 pools (including a kid's pool), mini market, travel agency, laundry service,tennis court,and 24 hours manned security with gated, controlled entry.


Villas Marlin is centrally located, midpoint of Cancun Island, 15 minutes from the airport, and directly behind Kukulkan Plaza. Kukulkan Plaza is home to Luxury Avenue (Fendi, Cartier, Prada, Swarovski etc.), a variety of restaurant choices (Burger King to Ruth Chris Steak House), clothing and souvenir shops and a Casino. In addition, the newest shopping and entertainment center, "LA ISLA SHOPPING VILLAGE" is only some 300 yards away. This "open air" mall also offers a huge variety of restaurants, shops, and an aquarium that features "swimming with the dolphins". We are a 5 minute taxi ride from Cancun's "world famous" night clubs and the Party Center.

  • We stayed in Unit #324 with Yania March 26-March 29, 2009. The condo is is absolutely beautiful!! More than enough space to accommodate the 6 of us and right on the beach and near the pool. The staff at the property was very helpful and the on- site market was a great asset, we used it often! Everything was clean and Yania was very hospitable. She made sure we knew exactly what to do when arriving to Mexico and offered to arrange all of our transportation needs to and from the airport. She even stopped by during our stay to help with the in-room safe and was always a phone call away if we needed anything. I came to celebrate my birthday in Cancun and I had an absolute blast. I was more than pleased with the condo – luxury is an understatement. Thanks for everything Yania! I've already recommended your condo to a few friends and I know that if they stay with you, it will be fantastic! I can't wait to come back.

  • We just returned from an 8 day stay in Cancun. Because we go in a day earlier we decided to stay in Yania's condo for a night. It was fantastic and the best part was Yania goes out of her way to make sure you are well accomodated. She arranged our airport transfer that went very smooth and she had us taken to Walmart for groceries. I have never met such a wonderful person in my life. I look forward to seeing her next year. The place is so clean and very easily excessible to everything. I would highly recommend this condo.

  • We just returned from a 9 night stay at Villas Marlin. We stayed in unit #324. It was a 3 bed 2.5 Bath unit. We rented from blue aqua vacations. We had a fabulous time, thank you Yania for providing our airport transfer and picking up groceries for us. It made our trip go so smoothly. We can't wait to return again!

  • This place was just as nice as the pictures. My family felt right at home in this condo. Nice having your own room, something you can not get in a hotel. Was right by the pool as well as the beach. The security officers that was there keep a close watch on the property. The staff was very polite and professional. Alvin the host there was more then helpful in anything that your family needs. Location of this place was perfect; Malls,ativities and local buses were just walking distance away. My family thanks Yania for allowing us to stay in her nice place well we was on vaction.
