My husband and I enjoyed our monthly stayed very much. Everything was as it was promised. The unit is attractive, spacious and very comfortable, with beautiful view and close access to the pool and beach. The kitchen size was a big plus. The owner was very professional in her dealings with us and very attentive. We highly recommend this unit. We're looking forward to our next visit.

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

Beautiful Oceanfront Condo

Very spacious and clean three bedroom condo with beautiful views of the the pool area, and ocean from the balcony. Great location in the hotel zone with shopping and bus stop only steps away from condo. Clean, safe and comfortable living. I would highly recommend this condo to friends and family.

Staying in this villa at Villas Marlin is a fantastic opportunity that I would recommend to anyone. With ocean views that seemed to be conjured from dreams and personal space allowing for the freedom to create one's own vacation, it is a can't miss experience. I felt removed from the hustle bustle of standard hotel stays while also being at the center of the action. I enjoyed lounging poolside, strolling along the beach, and exploring the many activities in the vicinity of the complex. I was able to balance some rest and relaxation with various outdoor and cultural activities. Take this opportunity; you won't be sorry!

Beautiful property with a great location! This condo has everything on my wish list! Great Ocean View! Wonderful furnishings with very comfortable beds and nice linens, fully equipped kitchen, easy access to the pool, beach and ocean. The pool has a snack bar that serves good lunch and snack food and cocktails! The lifeguards will help arrange para-glide rides and they really keep a close eye on the swimmers in the ocean. Also the condo is located right across the street from a nice mall with a variety of shops and restaurants. Or you can catch the bus with bus stops right across the street and you can explore all of Cancun with a short and inexpensive bus ride. We took the bus to a restaurant in the old downtown area for a taste of something different than the hotel zone area provides. Everyone really enjoyed our stay and we will plan on going back!

Beautiful Condo Property on the Beach - Most Helpfull Owner!!

My Wife and Daugther and I stayed at this lovely condo. Upon arrival it was just as promised via the WEB pictures: Clean, beedrooms and every room was cleaned twice during our stay. This is located within walking distance to many great resteraunts and small grocery stores and a mall across from the entrance. Wallmart is a bus-ride away. The Condo is literally steps down to the 2 pools and then a step down to the ocean sand, chairs were always available to lay on or sit for Sun bathing. This was truly a home away from home, everthing you could want or need was supplied at the Condo,the terrace is a nice option for Coffee and late afternoon cocktails!!! The owner can be reached by phone with any questions or concerns. The condo also has 24x 7 security and it is a gated entrance. I highly recommend this and would not hesitate to stay again!!! Thanks Yania!!! Hope to rent in 2012!!!

We stayed in Unit #324 with Yania March 26-March 29, 2009. The condo is is absolutely beautiful!! More than enough space to accommodate the 6 of us and right on the beach and near the pool. The staff at the property was very helpful and the on-site market was a great asset, we used it often! Everything was clean and Yania was very hospitable. She made sure we knew exactly what to do when arriving to Mexico and offered to arrange all of our transportation needs to and from the airport. She even stopped by during our stay to help with the in-room safe and was always a phone call away if we needed anything. I came to celebrate my birthday in Cancun and I had an absolute blast. I was more than pleased with the condo – luxury is an understatement. Thanks for everything Yania! I've already recommended your condo to a few friends and I know that if they stay with you, it will be fantastic! I can't wait to come back.

We just returned from an 8 day stay in Cancun. Because we go in a day earlier we decided to stay in Yania's condo for a night. It was fantastic and the best part was Yania goes out of her way to make sure you are well accomodated. She arranged our airport transfer that went very smooth and she had us taken to Walmart for groceries. I have never met such a wonderful person in my life. I look forward to seeing her next year. The place is so clean and very easily excessible to everything. I would highly recommend this condo.

We had a fabulous time, thank you Yania for providing our airport transfer and picking up groceries for us. It made our trip go so smoothly. We can't wait to return again!

The security officers that was there keep a close watch on the property. The staff was very polite and professional. Alvin the host there was more then helpful in anything that your family needs. Location of this place was perfect; Malls,ativities and local buses were just walking distance away. My family thanks Yania for allowing us to stay in her nice place well we was on vaction.

We just returned from a 9 night stay at Villas Marlin. We stayed in unit #324. It was a 3 bed 2.5 Bath unit. We rented from blue aqua vacations.
