On the second floor of two XVIIth century buildings, the house with four spacious rooms, is articulated around a large flowered terrace all year round with a swimming-pool.
You will never imagine being in the city center.

Avignon is a small and international town.. Its history, old stones monuments are amazing. It is a cultural city with its Opera House, museums, theaters, cinemas in old V.O. languages, gastronomy center and the wine region... And the landscapes so beautifull and so different in a so little area..
In the heart of Provence Avignon is just in the middle of so many places to visit around : La Camargue, les Alpilles, Le Lubéron, Arles, Les Baux, Nîmes, Orange, the wine roads, the Gard, and even Marseille and the famous calanques within just one hour drive..
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
The Villa Agapè is a very confortable house with a lot of space : high ceilings, wide opened baywindows on the main terrace with the pool, nice rooms, nice beds, ensuite bathrooms, etc..
Light, quietness, proximity of everything (the fanciest shops are just underneath) restaurants, museums, monuments are just close by.
Food shops also, bakers of high quality are just in the street.
A parking space is available just at the bottom of the street. But you don't need a car just to visit Avignon : it is easier to walk everywhere and you will use your car only if you want to go out of the town.

I always liked to rent my house. I first bought it for my family and when I am alone, I rent it from time to time to go and see my children and grandsons where they live. So I am able to travel and give my guests the opportunity to visit Avignon and Provence and in an exceptionnal location right in the historical center.
This house is perfect for a family up to six persons.
