Inside is one of the most popular floor plans with travertine floors, huge gourmet kitchen with granite slab countertops and backsplash, rich wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances. The formal dining room is elegant with a butler's pantry.
The family room has a stone fireplace and wet bar off the kitchen with custom paint colors and window treatments. The family room is the centerpiece of the home and is truly spectacular. From the stunning views of the Nicklaus Golf Course and Santa Rosa Mountains, to the comfort and luxury of the furnishings, artwork, and fireplace you will be surrounded by beauty. There are two master suites in the main house, and a two room private casita that sleeps 4. The over size master suite includes a California King bed, elegantly appointed with luxurious linens and Egyptian cotton sheets. It also includes a fireplace and TV for your enjoyment. The room opens to a private patio with views of the Santa Rosa Mountains and includes a large master bath with dual sinks, a soaking tub, large walk-in shower and travertine countertops. Each of the three bedrooms is also complete with private bathrooms and huge walk-in closets.
A golfer's paradise! PGA West boasts six golf courses with access to three public golf courses. The Coachella Valley boasts tennis, world class spas, multiple casinos, fishing, horseback riding, hot air balloon rides, hiking, Palm Springs Aerial Tram rides, seasonal snow play in the local mountains, fine dining, and shopping at nearby El Paso and Old Town La Quinta.

Why the Owner Chose PGA West
We are new to the desert, but it already feels like home. Our home provides a great get away from the clouds and rain of Seattle. The warmth and dry air of La Quinta is a perfect place to swim, golf, and enjoy outdoor living. Our home is a haven of relaxation, with spectacular mountain views, humming birds, and palm trees. We are situated on one of the beautiful PGA West golf courses, and close to many wonderful restaurants and attractions in the Coachella Valley.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Our home is decorated in a beautiful Tuscan style, and provides a sanctuary for relaxation and enjoyment. Our saltwater pool is refreshing and situated next to our outside dining and BBQ area. The home has 3 master suites, and can sleep 8 adults. Our street is very quiet, with homes only located on one side of the street. There are two beautiful fountains on the property, and an indoor/outdoor stereo system to provide music throughout.
