We very much enjoyed our week at this property over the Christmas holiday. The townhouse was very pretty, comfortable and well equipped. Because the bedrooms are separate from each other, we and our grown children and grandchild had plenty of private space, while the living areas were large enough to accommodate all of us quite comfortably. We really enjoyed the screened porches and watching the golfers at the first hole. The environment was very private and quiet, surrounded by beautiful trees. The photos reflect the house quite accurately. We would definitely stay here again.

When we arrived at this gated plantation, it was just beautiful. We pulled up to our townhouse and when we walked in, it was amazingly beautiful, very classy, well decorated, very clean place. It was huge, the porches and bathrooms off of the bedrooms were enchanting. The patio was cozy with all the wooded trees were breathtaking. The kitchen was very nice and the dining room was gorgeous. Tons of room. We loved it here and absolutely will make this our place each time we go to Pawleys Island. This was ideal for my daughters wedding, the reception was just around the corner. It was close to everything and the beach. Thank you for sharing such a beautiful home at an affordable price. We entertained our daughters in laws and it was perfect!!!!! Thank you again for a relaxing, gorgeous atmosphere.

11 Days In Heaven

We felt perfectly at home as soon as we entered the beautiful Riley townhome. It was all as described and more. For the next 11 days it was golfer heaven. Everything in the house is in wonderful condition and the place is oh, so clean and roomy. All shopping is just minutes away. We really loved watching the golfers come down the first fairway, most of them with no inkling idea about the spectacular golf challenge they were about to face. We can't wait to come back next year, hopefully wtih two other couples, because we want to share the peaceful, relaxing experience with them. With nearly a dozen fine golf courses within a few miles, it's the ideal place to stay for a golfing vacation.

It was us and another couple that used the villa for one week. We had ample room. One of the best things about the villa is the separate patios off the bedrooms…..it was delightful to sit out there in the afternoon after our round of golf and read/ relax. I also liked the spot on route 17 because we were centrally located to shopping, grocery store, restaurants and golf courses. Everything was very close at Pawley’s Island. It was truly the nicest area on the Grand Stand. The golf was great and beautiful. Your villa worked out great for us.

The house was very nice and confortable. Kitchen was well equipped. The gas grill was a nice touch, we used it allot. TV in every bed room and wireless network great. House was nice & roomey. Pool was close by and used it almost every day. We were impressed with the 24 hour security guards at the entrance. Beach, grocery stores & entertainment all are close by. I highly recommed Pawleys Plantation and this property. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Summer Vacation 2010

I want to Thank you for sharing your GORGEOUS Home with us. It was nice and roomy.The home was decorated BEAUTIFULLY.We felt so comfortable. Actually My husband was so impressed he took pictures of each room because he loved how it was decorated The grocery store was about 2 miles away which made it nice. Year round residents at the community pool were very friendly. The Beach was less than 5 miles and it was not over crowded.(I think there was an (beach)access road closer but it was always too crowded to park there). Yet there were plenty of people there to enjoy the beach experience. \ We went to dinner twice We went to a cute restaurant called Island Bar We sat outside and and they had tiki lights which made for alot of fun. One night we went to upscale kind of expensive restaurant called Bove both were close by. We made a day trip to Myrtle Beach it was about an hours drive away to do the Amusement park thing. Charleston is a little over and hrs drive the opposite direction which makes it nice to do the sites there. Thank You for such a great experience

I have vacationed at Pawley's Island for the last 10 years or so. I have stayed on the island, at True Blue, and now at Pawley's Plantation. We stayed here in June of 2009 and it was wonderful. The pictures really don't begin to show how nice it really is. I think what impressed us the most, is the amount of space. My experience with condos led me to believe we would be very crowded with tiny bedrooms and tiny bathrooms, but I was pleasantly surprized to find we had a massive bathroom with a wonderful shower we could have fit 10 people into... had we wanted to (we stayed in the master bedroom upstairs). The two master bedrooms are very large and spacious with access to private porches. I would recommend this townhouse whether you are traveling with family or friends. Everyone will have plenty of their own private space. The living area was very nice also. The only thing we might have changed is to put more comfortable seating in. There was plenty of seating for everyone, but that is including the bar seats. Can't complain too much though, as we spend most of our time at the beach! We didn't eat at the resturant, but we did visit the swimming pool with the kids. There was no hot tub, but there is such a beautiful view. My husband and I just loved looking around at the lake and fountain as the kids swam. All-in-all, we have found paradise and have already booked our vacation there for the summer of 2010.
