Our Luxury Condo is located on the base of the Ski Mountain with a beautiful view of the ski slope, surrounded by walking trails and has a terrific pool/hot tub and fitness center. A small grocey store is just steps across the street or you can visit the shopping area just down the hill.
This beautiful luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bath, is only 150 yards from the gondola (just a walk on the heated walking path, across the street, a few steps and you are there) and offers granite countertops, new carpet and paint plus all the extras including a great outdoor pool and hot tub. There are three flat screen TV's in each room along with Ipod accessories to play your favorite music. Its open floor plan and spacious bedrooms and bathrooms make this property one of the most requested condos in Steamboat. First Class Concierge services are available.

We fell in love with our Condo the minute we walked through the door! Steamboat Springs has a way of making you feel so WELCOME, we love the friendly layed back atmosphere and local people. The stress just seems to leave you, especially when you ski/board down all that wonderful champagne powder Steamboat is famous for! We would love for you to come experience it for yourself in our beautiful Condo!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We enjoy skiing/boarding during the winter months on the Ski slope that has wonderful snow that sparkles like diamonds. While you are skiing/boarding you can usually find a slope that fits your desires---groomed or powder in the trees. Steamboat even has areas for racing and a terrain park. The spring/summer/fall months bring a whole new way of living...hiking, biking, hot balloon rides, golfing, rafting --- and the lists goes on. Boredom would never be a problem! I have enjoyed Steamboat for over 35 years and it is still my very Favorite place to spend time!

My family of 4 really enjoyed this condo. It has a nice view of the mountain and is well equipped with spices in the pantry and movies and games in the living room. There was even a bottle of wine to welcome us. Everything was in good working order. You could tell that the owners really thought about what visitors like and need. The building was well maintained and everything in the building was convenient. The bus stops at the front of the building on a constantly running loop to the mountain so only short waits. You could also easily walk to the base for meals or shopping (not with skis). The owners kept in contact with us before, during and after our visit. We called once on a Friday night and they answered the phone immediately and answered our question about the unit. We were really glad we found this condo. It is a fantastic value.

My son and husband and I stayed in the condo in August. WE loved the location! Every morning my husband and I woke up, jumped our bikes and biked around Steamboat....stopped for coffee and relaxed reading the paper. We hiked Fishcreek Falls, Tubed the Yampa, and road biked in the country. We swam and hot tubbed under the stars and cooked all of our meals in this well-stocked condo. The owners were wonderful to work with and promptly answered any questions! The condo has updated furnishings and comfortable beds. Loved sitting on the covered patio, reading and drinking my coffee. It was my husbands and son's first time staying in Steamboat (I hadn't been there since 1988) and scored with this great place to stay.

This unit is by far the best place we have ever stayed on our many trips to Steamboat. Everything about the place, from the unit itself, to the pool, exercise room and parking was better than expected. We will for sure plan our next trip to the Yampa Valley when this unit is available.

My family stayed at Canyon Creek for a week and had an amazing stay. The views off the deck were breath taking and the condo was tastefully decorated and had all the comforts of home.
