Located in a beautiful gated community, this apartment has been professionally designed, and outfitted for a single person or a couple. Guests can be snugly accommodated; a fully outfitted kitchen makes eating in a pleasure. All new equipment, including a vacuum, has been provided. For the business traveler, there is a nice big desk with high speed internet connection, local phone service, and 70 cable channels.

For fun, take a dip in the beautiful pool and hot tub after working out in the cardio and fitness room just steps from your apartment. Beach towels are provided. A BBQ area with picnic table is right outside your apartment as well. The lovely patio is great for sipping and relaxing and the fireplace can top off any cool evening. Love golf? There are several world-class golf courses in Summerlin just minutes away. Want to be entertained? Red Rock Casino is very near and the Las Vegas Strip and downtown are only 8 to 10 minutes away. (The airport is only 15 to 20 minutes away.)

Summerlin has great shopping at Boca Park and many other smaller malls in the area. There are lots of great restaurants nearby - take your pick. It is a prime location for business or pleasure.

  • This condo is PERFECT for for anyone who staying in Vegas and wants a beautifully decorated, super clean 1Br. I contacted Jean (Owner) on Very short term notice (5 hours) and she helped in every way possible to accomodate my parents who flew in to vist unexpectedly. They stayed 10 nights and loved this cozy condo. I will definately have my friends/family stay here in the future... Ken
