This nicely furnished, 1150 square foot condo is a single-level unit on the ground floor. The condo is ideally located by the Trail Creek and puts you within walking distance of the River Run lifts, the bike & recreation path, the downtown area, and the free local shuttle.
There are 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms - the master bedroom has a Queen bed and the guest room can be set up with either 2 Twin beds or a single King; there is also a new Full-size sleeper sofa in the living room.
The living room features a river rock fireplace, and the deck out back has a BBQ, so you can grill by the creek. The new dining set seats six and the kitchen is fully equipped for every-day cooking (cookware, dinnerware, microwave, dishwasher, etc). There is a TV in the living room and in the kitchen, plus there is a DVD player and stereo with CD. This home has a washer & dryer, high-speed internet, cable TV, and there is a hot tub on site. Your pets are welcome with a small additional charge, however smoking is not permitted.
