Buoux and the surrounding countryside is extremely well known for rock climbing and hiking. With a fabulous old Chateau and an extraordinary medieval fort it's a photographers', hikers' and painters' delight.Also well know in the village and serving excellent meals, are the Auberge de la Loube (see "A year in Provence " by Peter Mayle !) and L'étape du Promeneur.
This southern portion of an 18th century farm, has been tastefully renovated and awaits your holiday dreams. It has its own entrance, driveway and parking as well as a pool and side terrace, both of which are private and unseen from the owner's side.
On, the ground floor there is a large private bedroom with bathroom in suite as well as a living/dining room adjoining a fully equipped kitchen.
The kitchen has been designed around an ancient bread oven into the wall centuries ago. The living room opens onto two terraces shaded by two Mulberry trees. From the terraces you are surrounded by impressive views of the Grand Luberon.
From a separate outside staircase you reach the second floor with a small sitting room with TV and fire place.There are also the 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms in suite .
All tensions dissolves as you gaze into the infinite sky and breath the fresh air of this pristine natural setting.
