Literally less than 50 steps to the sand and water, this 2000 square foot home is not a party condo, but a wonderfully appointed retreat for families and groups looking to get away to the warmth of sun and sand with out paying huge luxury hotel bills!
This home offers 4 full bedrooms and if you stay once, you’ll want to come back to this same location. The kitchen is well appointed, the rooms are comfortable and roomy, the living room has space for everyone to meet and share. Three bedrooms are equipped with a T.V., DVD, VCR and cable. Wireless Internet access is also included. The Kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator (ice maker and cold water dispenser), a small wine refrigerator, a double oven gas range with stovetop, microwave, dishwasher as well as a coffee maker and espresso machine and Vitamix blender.
We are 8 blocks from the grocery store and pharmacy, 3 blocks from the ice cream shop, 3 blocks from a world class restaurant (MZM Bistro) and a pleasant walk to the Tijuana Wildlife Refuge and Estuary, a RAMSAR site and one of the foremost reserves in California, with its hiking and biking trails.
Imperial Beach offers easy access to San Diego – we are 25 minutes drive from Knott’s Soak City, 20 minutes to the famous San Diego Zoo, 20 minutes to Sea World, 20 minutes to the airport, 10 minutes to Mexico and 1 minute to the beach! While the pictures tell much of the store, this condo is just next door to Kath's Cafe' one of the more popular cafes in town and is adjacent to our lovely D'ames Day Spa and 1 block away from a park with picnic and playground facilities.
