YES, A 46" and a 40" MUSKIE WAS CAUGHT ON MUSKIE OPENER JUST OFF THE SHORE BY OUR HAPPY RENTER IN 2008. Have you dreamed of finding that perfect getaway lake setting with a big sandy beach and the ultimate in privacy? YOU JUST FOUND IT---it has over 2,000 ft. of private shoreline for that unique Boundary Waters setting. It is located on a beautiful private lake, Little Sissabagama, a 300 acre lake that has limited development with many private bays. It is a great fishery including sunnies, bass, walleye and the elusive muskie. The property has over 2000 feet of private frontage and no neighbors on either side!! There is no public boat launch but you have your own private boat launch on the property. This property is the ultimate escape but yet only 20 minutes from the shops and activities in Hayward.
Little "Siss" is a high quality lake with crystal clear water that provides many boating and recreation activities. The many private bays and islands are perfect for a canoe or kayak or you can water ski and tube on the big bays. A dock is provided for your private use, you can catch sunnies right off the dock. The beach is as big as what you might expect at a public beach. The beach is hard sand-bottom and has a very gradual slope to accommodate nice swimming and shore activities. A fire pit sits along the shore for those evening conversations after an active day on the water.

- Property has over 2000 ft of private lake frontage without neighbors. Sandy beach bottom is perfect for swimming for young and old alike. Little Siss is a private lake known for its musky fishing. The lake is crystal clear and provides great swimming, tubing and water skiing. Stone Lake, home of the Cranberry Festival, is only a 5 minute drive, and Hayward is conveniently located about 25 minutes away. Golf courses and other recreational opportunities are close by. The cabin is tucked away in an area perfect for walking, jogging or bike riding. A "Welcome Book" in the cabin lists all recreational, dining, and other activities in the area for your convenience.
