Want a luxurious tropical resort feel without the crowds? Then this is your condo! Beautiful "Mediterranea" is located on Miramar Beach in Destin, Florida.
We are a gated community and have nearly 7 acres of tropical landscaped grounds, a huge pool, hot tub and pool deck that is never crowded, 500 feet of gated private beach, private tennis court, onsite workout facility incredible views of the beach!
Completed in 2003 there are 4 floors consisting of 55 units. Of those less than 20% are rentals. There is a parking garage underground with a reserved parking space.
Our unit is a professionally decorated 2 bedroom with 3 private balconies. Our bedrooms both have king size beds with high end mattresses for a great nights sleep and we also have 2 queen size sleeper sofas.
Our kitchen has granite countertops and is fully equipped for those who might choose a romantic evening in.
We are located very close to high end outlet shopping and some of the most amazing restaurants on the coast! Come relax and enjoy Mediterranea!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was beautiful and very spacious. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. Not only is the room nice, but the pool and the grounds are also very beautiful. I would highly recommend this condo to my friends and family. The owner was very nice and helpful to work with as well. Great place to stay!

This is the nicest condo in which I've stayed in all my travels to the area. The living area is quite spacious, so if you plan to use the foldout couches (we didn't) there is plenty of room for that. The balconey view was very nice. The condo comes with one coverage garage spot in the underground garage. Luggage carts are around to assist in getting all of your bags/groceries up the elevator to the unit. This was a very nice touch. Pompano Joe's is almost right across the street. Your spot on the beach is right next to Pompano Joe's, so it's easy to go there for lunch, or to their beach bar, and also to watch the activity on their beach volleyball court. To top it all off, the owners are a pleasure to work with.

What a wonderful condo! My husband and I booked this condo on a "spur of the moment" vacation and were pleasantly surprised to find such a great vacation home away from home. We truly enjoyed the warm, at-home feel of the condo and the spaciousness. The condo is located in a perfect spot, with access to shopping, great food and fun all within a couple of miles (I recommend you visit Louisiana Lagniappe - kinda pricey but delicious). We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony while watching the dolphins out in the sea. Early morning walks were wonderful along the walking path right outside the condo! With the private beach, there was the option to sit in the gazebo or land a spot right in the middle of the soft, white sand. Thank you for opening up your wonderful vacation home and allowing us to stay. We had an amazing time and will highly recommend this property to many others. Oh, and we will definitely be back!

We had the opportunity to visit family that was also staying at the same property in two different units and there is no comparison to the three units! Your condo is the best!
