It is a large 5,383 square foot, 5 room 6 bath two story large finished basement complete with 3 balconies, a roof top deck, solid doors, surround sound, flat screens in bedrooms and living room, and in ceiling speakers in every room including the basement and outside by the pool. The basement offers a spacious home theater complete with popcorn machine and other snacks, a bar, and ping-pong, Foosball, and air hockey tables. The back deck of the home offers a breathtaking ocean (Queen’s Necklace), mountain, and panoramic city view, PLUS outside heaters, a fire pit, a swimming pool and Jacuzzi. ! On the 4th of July and New Years you can even see multiple firework displays from each floor. The home also includes a dream kitchen with custom distressed cabinets, granite counter tops and Viking appliances, as well as beautiful distressed wood flooring throughout the house and Mexican pavers in the entry way and on the balconies and decks. No expense was spared when this Spanish Hacienda was built or furnished, making it definitely a one of a kind home.

  • What a perfect place to stay! We came to California for my brother's wedding and this home afforded us the option of having all 3 of our extended families stay together with plenty of privacy. It also provided the kids with lots of things to keep them busy, so the adults could actually enjoy themselves as well. Top notch. Only complaint - wish we could have stayed longer!

  • This is a gorgeous property, no expense spared on design, materials, aesthetic! Gorgeous floors and furniture, very comfortable for our large group gathered for a family wedding. LOVE the pool/hot tub, and the views are wonderful. Owner was very helpful with any problems we had with tech issues, etc. The most comfortable beds EVER!!! Needs a full-length mirror, but that's a tiny thing. HIGHLY recommend this place.

  • We thoroughly enjoyed 9 days at this dream home. The pictures on the web site underestimate the true beauty and luxury this home displays. We loved the spacious bedrooms, the ocean view and city lights. Nothing can compare to relaxing in outdoor hottub with clear starry night above and sparkling city lights below . We will plan to return to this home again on our next trip to LA.

  • A group of 13 of us holidayed at Paseo de Granada from 27th June-14th July. I'm not sure were to start, the house was so amazing. It is great for a big group or a few families together. It is fitted with everything you need including speakers in every room and outside at the pool, and the owner Nelu is a gem, so helpful and nothing was ever a problem. The amount of space int he kitchen/living area was great, and the seats were so comfortable. The house is sheer luxury but you still feel it is homely to stay in for a holiday. THere was any amount of cooking utensils and the BBQ is great, all ideal for eating in and making the most of the beautiful nights outside. The cinema was amazing and great fun as you feel your in a real cinema the screen is so big. the location is ideal, its about a 15 minute walk to the local shops and maybe 20-30 minutes from Redondo pier. We had a vehicle which made everything accesible. Its really close to everything, not just the 3 beaches of Redondo, Manhattan and Hermosa, but only an hour from downtown LA, Disney, six flags, Hollywood etc. On 4th July the view of the fireworks from the house was unreal, we saw as far as Hollywood. I would recommend anyone to rent this property, we're definately considering going back as soon as we can.
