Enjoy all that the gated resort community of Keowee Key has to offer in this spacious villa! It overlooks the lake and marina and is convenient to the pool, beach, tennis courts, boat launch area, new fitness center, clubhouse with restaurants, and championship 18 hole golf course.

Lake Keowee is a pristine deep lake in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. It has over 300 miles of shoreline and has outstanding boating, swimming, fishing, and mountain views. Keowee Key is just 2 hours from Atlanta and Charlotte, 15 minutes from Clemson University, and 10 minutes to The Cliffs Communities.

Recently furnished with new high quality furniture, the villa has a wonderful open floor plan with high ceilings and lots of natural light. Both comfortable bedrooms have private baths. It features one floor living with a dining room seating 6, high speed Internet, local phoning, and 3 satellite TVs . There's a private deck and an all season sunporch and a large dry storage area for bikes, kayaks, etc.

Rent for just $49 a night (monthly rental), $550/wk., and $150/night, (2 night minimum), in November, December and January, and inquire about great rates for short or long term stays in other months. Our rates include utilities and tax!

    • We found this peaceful villa to be very convenient to Clemson University, where we were attending an event at the Brooks Center for the Performing Arts. The unit is spacious, spotless, and lovely, with new furniture and appliances. We enjoyed being near to the lake, pool, and tennis courts. The scenery here is truly beautiful!

    • We had a wonderful stay at this villa, which was very comfortable and well-equipped with new furniture and appliances. The beauty of Lake Keowee and the surrounding mountains was beyond our expectations, and all of Keowee Key's great amenities were available for us to use at no charge. Visiting here gave us the opportunity to explore the excellent retirement possibilities of Upstate South Carolina and Western North Carolina.
