Our stay in this condo was quite simply, perfect for us. The view was just breathtaking, particularly at night, and so wonderful to come back to each evening. Its location could not have been better; a well-stocked supermarket a block away, a diner opposite for some hearty meals, and its close proximity to the subway system and public buses made for easy transport around New York. Also, treat yourselves to a special dinner at 'Heaven' on W44th & 10th - great food & service!! We would absolutely return to this Manhattan condo on any subsequent visit to New York; and are more than happy to recommend it. The owner provided prompt and efficient 'customer service' from our first contact and was easily reachable for some extra assistance. Don't procrastinate; just book it - you won't regret it.

We were in NYC in June 2011. The views from the balcony are Great! The condo had everything we needed, including a DVR which was nice to record any TV shows we wanted to watch in the evening. The only minor issue was that it would have been nice to have window treatments on the living room windows, since we used the aero-beds in the living room as a 2nd bedroom. The neighborhood is very nice, with a grocery store nearby, Dunkin donuts nearby, a good restaurant across the street. There is also a place called The Little Pie Company on 43rd, I think between 9th and 10th ave that makes these awesome pies (You can't miss it, you will smell the aroma as you pass the shop).

Very good accommodation, great location, great view. No bad surprises when you arrive. - apartment functionnal, clean, towels and sheets furnished. There is also a dish washer which is wonderful when you're on vacation. - location is perfect. 10 min of walk from Time square, subway... Grocery store at the corner, dinner place in front of the building.... We were even able to come back each day for the nap of our 2 year old son. - view was amazing. Too bad there was no chair on the balcony. Anyway we had a really good time in NY. For sure we will come back in this apartment. We will recommend it to our friends.

The condo was well maintained, clean, and had a great location. The neighborhood felt safe, and the diner across the street came in handy. The owner did provide good customer service and it was nice to have extra space of a condo compared to a hotel room. Air mattresses for kids was a plus as well as being able to save money by eating breakfast in room instead of a restaurant. Subway map found in room was helpful. I'd say for the market rate of places to stay in Manhattan what we received for the cost was pretty good overall. It wasn't like staying at a luxury hotel, but I'd rate it better than staying at your average hotel. I would recommend it.

A fantastic fun filled 6 days in NYC with this apartment as our base. There are few words that are not cliché's to describe the view that actually do it justice. Breathtaking, awesome, spectacular, mesmerising and stunning are merely a few which spring to mind. A terrific location too, well within walking distance to many major attractions and venues. There's a very convenient 24-hour diner right across the road that do probably the best eggs benedict you will ever sample. Food shop on the next block which has a good range of everyday foods. Please be aware that the photos on this listing DO NOT do justice to the apartment or the view. If you are going to NYC and want the space and freedom that an apartment affords you, this is it! I had initially reserved a hotel but for for the same money, chose this apartment and I'm SO glad that I did. If I had to be critical I would say that the walls could do with a fresh lick of paint but I'm being VERY critical here and wouldn't want to detract you from booking this outstanding apartment. Very fast lift/elevator to apartment floor. All in all a fantastic city break holiday with a tremendous base for exploring. Our reservation contact was extremely helpful, quick with replies to concerns and available and very accommodating too (excuse the pun!). Go on, treat yourself and book this apartment today!

We stayed at four different apartments during our stay, two in NYC and two in Florida. This high rise apartment was by far the best. Very clean, all facilities are up to date and the beds comfortable. The owner was helpful in every regard, to the point of repairing something we found broken within 24 hours of us emailing him. The position was also excellent. Four to five blocks from Times Square and the theatre district, close to a great supermarket and even a convenient Diner across the street for the days we couldn't be bothered making breakfast. I'd have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to family or friends. Thank you again, we'll be back!

Much better than any hotel in NY that I've stayed in. VERY central with amazing views and a great diner across the road with loads of variety (especially for Veggies). Circle Line Cruises are 5 mins walk and are a must for any Big Apple virgins. 10 mins walk to Times Square?Broadway etc with lots of restaurants on the way. Concierge were very friendly and always helpful. This was a fantastic place to bring my fiance (a NY virgin) for a 30th Birthday surprise with the in-laws in tow. The apartment is easily big enough for 4 people with just enough privacy and the air beds are easy to inflate and comfortable. We had such an amazing time and will come back to this apartment on future trips to NY.

My wife and I stayed here with our two daughters (9 and 6) and had a great experience. Everything was as described/promised in the listing. The apartment was clean and offered plenty of room for the four of us. The terrific 24/7 diner across the street was a really nice perk. The owner was very accommodating and responsive to our needs. We appreciate it!

This apartment was absolutely amazing. It was better than described. The views were spectacular. If you’re a tourist and want the real NY experience this is the place you need to stay at. Connections to subway lines that run throughout the city are only a few minutes away and virtually any type of food you could imagine is available for delivery. Our host Jeffery was extremely helpful with information about the city and some of the must visit spots not listed in any tourist guide. We had a great trip and will stay there again next time we are in the city.

#178194 Part 2 Please allow this note to say “THANK YOU” for the continuation of our wonderful accommodations while in NYC for our son’s university graduation and festivities. This location too had a wonderful view of the NYC skyline as well as the Hudson River. Rising early each day of our stay allowed us to just enjoy the phenomenal view! At the end of our days we were able to take a leisurely stroll towards Times Square and fortunately restaurants were plentiful. There was no lack of choices so it made for a perfect city experience. While our days and nights were mostly filled with graduation activities, my wife decided to cook one night. A nearby grocery store had the freshest ingredients including baby bok choy! Your kitchen contained all of the kitchenwares she needed to prepare a delicious and beautifully presented meal. Our only regret is that we were not able to stay longer. Without reservation we endorse your condominium as a positive choice for visitors to New York City. This was a far better choice than staying in a hotel. From the ease of dealing with you we found our accommodations to be clean and the amenities available that met all of our needs. With all of the other things to contend with during a graduation week it was comforting to know that our accommodations did not have to be one of them. Thanks for being a large part of making our stay a pleasant one. We will definitely be in touch upon our next visit to New York City hoping to once again stay here.
