This condo has been updated and elegantly decorated with designer carpeting and upscale furniture. We are located on the top floor in building 1, near the elevator for your convenience. A 30 foot balcony opens to a view of the Gulf of Mexico's beautiful Emerald waters....it's just a short walk to the beach.
This unit offers 2 Master suites, each with a King size bed and television (one with a 37" LCD), a bunk room with 2 twin beds and a door for privacy, a queen size sleeper sofa and a twin size sleeper chair. There are two bathrooms (one private to a master) with large shower/tub combinations for your convenience. You'll feel right at home in the kitchen that's fully furnished with everything you'll need, just like home. Sit and relax in the spacious family room and enjoy watching TV on a 32" LCD. You can also have a family meal at the dining room table that comfortable seats 6. This condo also offers WIFI.
Maravilla is a family oriented community on Scenic Gulf Drive. There are 2 pools available, (1 heated seasonally) a hot tub, fitness center, clubhouse, tennis courts, shuffleboards, BBQ grills and a private deeded beach.
The Destin area has everything you could ask for to have an active, fun-filled vacation for the whole family with everything from wind-surfing, parasailing and deep sea fishing to water parks, go-carts, and thrill rides...and much more. Or, if you prefer a relaxing vacation, there's luxurious local spas, great shopping spots and of course Destin's beautiful beaches. And don't forget the golfing Destin offers.....just a short drive to some excellent golf courses. Destin also offers a wide range of dining options. You can find almost any restaurant you can think of here, including all the wonderful local seafood you can eat.

For your convenience, we now accept PayPal for an additional 2.9% of your total. PayPal can be used for the entire amount or just the security deposit so that your refund can be handled quickly and easily upon inspection of the condo.
Reservation and Cancellation Policy
In addition to the rental rate, a $100 non-refundable processing fee and exit cleaning fee are added to the rental invoice. Florida tax is 11.5% and it is added to the rental rate. Full rental payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and may be paid by a personal check or bank cashier's check. There will be a $30 charge on each return check for insufficient funds. We do not accept credit cards at this time. Reservations made on short notice (less than 30 days prior to arrival) require full payment by a bank cashier's check or personal check. Please contact us as soon as possible in the event you must cancel or change dates. A $100 cancellation fee, the $100 non-refundable processing fee and the 11.5% FL tax will be required on all canceled reservations. The reservation/security deposit (minus the cancellation fee, processing fee, and FL tax) is refunded when proper notice has been given via phone or in writing and it has been acknowledged by us. Daily and weekly reservations must be canceled at least 30 days prior to arrival and monthly reservations must be canceled 90 days prior to arrival or the full amount of the reservation/security deposit is forfeited. Please note: If the reservation is not canceled within these time limits, then you will incur not only the cancellation fee, non-refundable processing fee and FL tax, but, will also forfeit the reservation/security deposit. No refund of rent for early departure.

Property owners and operation managers will not be held responsible for acts of theft, vandalism, or other loss or damages to guests/renters personal property or items left at the vacation property. Please double check for all your belongings before you leave the rental property. We are not responsible for items that may have been left behind at the rental property.
Guests/Renters acknowledge that property owners, management, and contract workers cannot be held responsible regardless of fault, for any accident, loss, damage, injury or death suffered by the renter and/or guests, members of their party or any other guests which the renter/guest or their party have allowed access to the property or resort complex, regardless of said loss, is a result directly or indirectly from acts of god, danger incident to the sea, any body of water, fire, breakdown of machinery, electrical problems, appliance, resort amenity, equipment, acts of government or other authorities, delays or cancellations of or changes in itineraries or schedule or from acts of omission of any property, property management, resort complex, power outages, road conditions and airlines.
Guests/Renters will release and hold harmless any and all parties involved with the rental, management, operations and reservations of the property and to release and hold harmless its owners and/or representatives for any loss or damage to personal property and/or for any injury and /or death.

We stayed at Maravilla unit 1408 for the month of January 2010. This was our second year in Destin. We were pleasantly surprised when we walked thru the door. It looked like something you’d see in a designer magazine. After our terrible experience the year before at another complex we breathed a sigh of relief! It was immaculate, very comfortable and well stocked. What you see on the website IS what you get. No surprises. It was so nice to have a dinner party with a set of matching dishes that were not chipped and cracked. The year before we were so embarrassed by the unit, we didn’t have anyone over. This year it was very different. We were proud to entertain. We enjoyed being on the top floor. The complex location is great – close to everything. The owners were very easy to work with. We had a couple of questions about the condo when we arrived, and after 1 phone call – their “handyman” was at the door. Very good service. We enjoyed the Maravilla complex. It seemed to be very well looked after. We would not hesitate to stay at unit 1408 again and look forward to staying in touch with the owners.

We had a great time at Maravilla #1408. There was plenty of bedding for everyone, lots of towels, well-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and a nice balcony with a view. The walk to the beach was not long at all, even with a bad knee, a 3 year old, and all of our gear in tow. The beach & pools were not overcrowded at all, even though we were there in July. The beachfront is nice and wide with plenty of room to spread out and relax. The sand was clean and soft, and the water was crystal clear, just as you'd expect to find in Destin. Had a great time riding the waves, which were just the right size for a great raft ride. Not a great beach for shelling, but we went for an afternoon trip to St Andrews State Park and found lots of great shells there. The owners were easy to work with and responded quickly to our inquiries. We would definitely recommend this property! Thank you for letting us stay!
