I am retired from a computer science career. I have traveled extensively and intend to continue. My end-life work is building a park in Pennsylvania for friends and family in memory of my late son, Eron Boley. My wife and I have been working on the park for 6 years now.
Why the Owner Chose Manasota Key
A retirement dream was to live in Florida. Buying the property was a 2001 project. Building the home was a 2007 project. We decided to travel while we have our health and rent our home. As one guest recently remarked; "There is a sense that every square foot of Villa Eron was designed individually with unique theme in mind. It is a thrill just to see the a real ocean floor in your living room."
The Unique Benefits of this Island Villa - Single Family
My wife designed the home and collected all of the interior items. The design is based on 2 places, one, the mediteranean home style and, two, the local island beach. Thus, the exterior and 1st and 3rd floors are of Italian Villa design while the 2nd floor is a beach scene with ocean colored carpet, sand walls and beach floor complete with turtles. The elevator is a great feature, but, the circular stairs are great exercise. We tend to take the stairs. There are only a few homes on the island that have a view of the Gulf of Mexico and Lemon Bay at the same time and Villa Eron is one of them.
A tropical park, palm tree laiden, complete with benches, is at your door. You are on Lemon Bay for swimming, fishing, or dolphin watching. Just turn around and find miles of beach. Pretty convenient and quite easy!
