  Greg & Marci: Our week at your condos not only met but exceeded our expectations for our family's vacation in ' The Rockies". Renting both condos fit our group to a T for our four children, their spouses, and for the grandchildren.Us too. The facilities are so well kept and your little welcome touches and decor were most appreciated as well. the thought you put into the kitchen needs, cleaning supplies,the welcome basket with energy bars,etc. were a treat for kids and adults alike. All of us enjoyed the daily visits of the cottontails and elk that passed through and our friends have silently sat through our dozens of photos with almost no complaint. The town, national park, the trails, and your Bobcat Ridge will be in our thoughts for a long time. Don't be surprised if you hear from us soon again. Thanks from all the San Antonio Tx. Clan.   Our 3 Days at the cabin was great! Our next visit we are hoping to spend a few more days. There was plenty of room for all of us. A total of 6 adults and two grandchildren. The grandchildren loved the bunk beds and counting how many bears they could find in the cabin. We had a wonderful thanksgiving dinner, enjoyed the Holiday parade and strolling the streets while part of our party enjoyed snow shoeing and hiking. All the little extra touches were very appreciated. We told many people about our trip and the amazing accommodations we had. Thank you for making our first getaway to Colorado #1. Everyone is looking forward to #2 and we will be spending it with you again You are a FIVE STAR

  Greg & Marci~ Your condo was so much more than we expected... you had thought of everything! Beautifully decorated, furnished and equipped for our stay in Estes Park. Easy access to town, convention center and park and a 12 point Elk just out our window. Majestic. Thanks for making it such a wonderful stay. We also thoroughly enjoyed our photo tour with James Frank... so worth the $. It was a wonderful anniversary.

  We just came back from Estes Park. Our stay at the Black Bear Crossing was fabulous! We can't say enough about it. It was true luxury at a very reasonable cost. Each and every corner of the house is decorated so nicely with passion. It is quite a large house with a very cozy and warm feeling. Owners have paid an extra attention to impose all kind of comfort and convenience possible. The kitchen is so lovely that it forced me to make dinner one night for everyone during our short stay. It was so well stocked. The super-quality washer and dryer were an additional help for us. We didn’t have to leave with suitcases load of dirty clothes (we were in Denver for 5 days prior to this for a conference). Oh, did I mention all the toys for the kiddos? Those kept my 3-1/2 yr old busy. The yard was snow-covered... yet my daughter took an advantage of the play ground. We saw quite a few of the rabbits. One morning a group of elks stopped by as well. The town itself was quiet and nice...I guess it is an off-peak...RMNP is beautiful, just a short drive from the house. Restaurants that we tried were pretty good as well. Saw a lots of elk along RT-7.... It was a very nice trip. We will be back and definitely stay at the Bobcat Ridge if they are available. Most importantly the owners were very nice and easy to work with. Thank you Greg and Marcy!

  My husband and I spent one week at Black Elk Run condo - it is actually a townhouse with two-car garage - and we highly recommend this property to anyone who wants an immaculate, well-appointed, excellently furnished rental. From the moment we entered the front door, we knew this was the place for us. The owner, Greg, soon followed and made us feel very welcome. The condo's amenities exceeded our expectations: big bowl on kitchen island filled with snacks, bottles of water in the frig, shampoo/conditioner/soap dispenser in the showers to name a few. Detergent/fabric softener was provided in the upscale laundry facility. The beautiful stainless/granite kitchen enticed me to cook - even on vacation! A huge Safeway store is a short drive away into the town of Estes Park - you might even see elk on the way as we did. We were a short drive away from town and Rocky Mountain National Park and were able to enjoy quiet moments on the patio in the afternoon. We felt fortunate that we were able to find such high quality accommodations and hope to return!!

  I've stayed at Bobcat Ridge condos on all four of my visits to Rocky Mountain National Park and its a perfect "basecamp" to see the park and Estes Park. Great location, excellent condition and a wonderful owner who makes sure your vacation condo is a home away from home. I cannot give high enough praise to Bobcat Ridge condos in both comfort and convenience!

  I'm too tired to write a long review. A week in Estes Park wore me out! Hiking, shopping, touring the Stanley Hotel, eating lots of fudge, cooking and laughing with old friends...suffice to say, it was a perfect week. There are lots of restaurants nearby but we enjoyed cooking many meals at the condo. Every spice and condiment you could ask for, plenty of dishes, top notch appliances. Beds are comfy, plenty of linens and towels. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. Thanks, Greg. You were helpful and cheerful and made sure we had a great time.

  We just got back to Michigan from our fabulous family trip to Estes Park! Our trip was made even better by staying at the Aspen Grove Condo. Greg is an awesome host and the condo was so well stocked, I almost didn't need to bring anything, everything we needed was already there, laundry soap, kitchen items, groceries, etc. The HUGE garage was a great bonus as we didn't need to worry about our car over night or securing our luggage compartment. We have three active boys and the property had a wonderful playground and plenty of space for the boys to get out and run around. We also came home on our last day at Estes to find 6 bull elk standing right outside the garage munching away on the yard grass. We saw more bull elk at the condo than we did in the entire Rocky Mountain National Park! These properties are highly recommended by this family of five and next time we return to Estes Park, we'll look up Aspen Grove again. Awesome!!!

  Our group consisted of 4 families, which consisted of 8 adults and 6 kids. We have stayed in various places in Estes Park over the years. And the Colorado Condos at Bobcar Ridge were by far and away the best place we have stayed. Everyone in the group fell in love with the condos right away. The condos are very spacious, very clean and very accomodating. Our group reserved both of the 3 bedroom condos during our stay and it was very easy for the groups to get together for meals, or if there were times we needed space, the condos offered more than enough room to do that too. If you have small children in your group, there are games galore in the condos and an excellent playground for the kids to play on. My 3 year old couldn't get enough of the swingset. Our group would glady stay in these condos again the next time we travel to Estes Park. The owner, Greg, was great to work with on getting our reservations lined up. The condos have free movies, excellent internet connection, lots of towels for the showers/baths, lots of dishes to use and all of the appliances were in great working order. We didn't have a thing to complain about. There is a commons area outside the condos where we even made smores one night and gathered to talk about things and look at the stars. If you are considering renting these condos, I would make sure you get them booked early !!! Once you stay here, you won't stay anywhere else. Thank you Greg for allowing us the honor of staying in your condos. It was a perfect place to stay while we were in perfect Estes Park, Colorado !! Michael Watts

  Our stay in your condos was enhanced by all of the thoughtful touches you've put into making the condos comfortable and considering so many needs (including family meals). Our family of three adult children (with spouses) and seven grandchildren ranging in age from 4 years to 23 found the time in Colorado very special. Activities and games provided in the condo helped make quiet times at the condo more enjoyable. You seem to have thought of so many little touches - even the helpful labels made our stay more relaxing! Thank you for all of your helpfulness and enabling our family to have a wonderful time in a very beautiful part of the country.
