BEAUTIFUL 4 bedroom corner apartment (2,000 square feet) is in the heart of Nice, on the new Tram line. 10 minute walk to the train station, Place Massena, and the Old City. Shops, restaurants, groceries, are steps from the front door.
The apartment has been completely renovated and is on the 4th – top floor (with lift) in a Bourgeois building. 10 French windows/doors, all double glazed, lead out to a balcony which completely surrounds the apartment, and allows wonderful light into each room with a view of the city and surrounding hills. The floors are terra cotta tile.
There is a double sized living room with a decorative marble fireplace, sofa corner and flat screen TV with cable connection. The dining room, equally as spacious, also has a decorative marble fireplace. Internet ADSL-WIRELESS CONNECTION.
The fully equipped kitchen has all new appliances: washing machine, dishwasher, gas cook top, oven, micro wave, refrigerator and freezer. There is a large pantry replete with pots, pans, cutlery and dinnerware.
The four bedrooms are furnished with hand woven bedspreads from Guatemala or Sardegna. Two of the bedrooms have 2 twin beds each and 2 have queen beds (sleeps a total of 8 persons). There is AMPLE closet space.
One bathroom has a tub, 2 sinks and a toilet. The second bathing room has a shower and a sink, and there is 1 independent toilet.
Pets are not accepted.
High season: € 2173 (June 27 – August 22)
Mid season: € 1768 (April 11 - June 27, August 22 - September 19)
Low season: € 1227 (Jan. – April 11, Sept. 19 – December)
Extra costs: City tax: € 0.9/day/pers. Bed linen per person. Heating based on meter reading in low season. There is a security deposit of € 800

Why the Owner Chose Nice
Nice is in one of the most beautiful areas of the world and is a vibrant city. It is close to alpine ski areas, beaches, Monaco, and Italy. Public transportation is wonderful. A car is never necessary. This city is very tourist friendly, easy to shop at the local grocery stores, easy to order in restaurants and cafes-- English is understood. There are local farmer's markets. The beach is a 10 minute walk, as is the Old City of Nice with its historic medieval buildings, narrow winding streets, and unique shops.
The Unique Benefits at this Apartment
We love being in the heart of the city, where everything is within walking distance. Some of the other things we love: people watching at a sidewalk cafe, while enjoying a coffee or a meal! the views of the hills and/or the rooftops (from the kitchen and bathroom) -- so different from anything in the U.S., watching the seagulls swoop and dive from the kitchen window; the general ambience of this culture.
