The Barn Loft is part of the Glendeven Inn estate which is a coastal ocean-view inn set on 8 acres of gardens, pastures, and woods with four architecturally significant buildings. The inn has 10 rooms total, and The Barn Loft is the 2nd and 3rd stories of the former barn of the once "working farm" that had cattle, sheep, goats, and chickens.
We are located just 1 1/2 miles south of the village of Mendocino where you will find shopping, galleries, excellent restaurants, and a rich California history.
Our location offers stunning natural surroundings with state park surrounds with hiking trails to the beach, headlands, and forest, but with the convenience of Mendocino just minutes north, the restaurants and Van Damme state beach directly to the south, and activities such as golf, horseback riding, ocean kayaking.
There are two bedrooms, an ocean view library with pullout sofa, a large ocean view living room, a galley kitchen with a full dining area, a large deck overlooking the gardens and water tower, TV with cable, wood burning fireplace, and two large bedrooms. |
