This direct Gulf front two bedroom, two bath condo is on the quiet, south end of Fort Myers Beach.
This 4th floor condo of approximately 1200 square feet has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a washer/dryer, a master-dressing suite with tub/shower combo and vanity. The second bedroom has twin beds. The guest bathroom has a walk-in shower.
The condo has been updated with a stainless steel refrigerator, stainless steel stove and stainless steel built-in microwave oven, has a dishwasher and disposal, new small appliances in the kitchen, a new dining room table and chairs, new master bedroom furniture with a king size bed, new overhead lighting, new ceiling fans in the dining area and each bedroom, and new faucets in the kitchen and bathrooms. The unit is well furnished including new linens, new dishes, new silverware, and new glassware. Central air conditioning is included as is local telephone service with answering machine. The living room TV is a 40" flat screen HDTV with DVD. Both the TV in the living room and master bedroom have cable.
The Riviera Club is one of the finest buildings on the island. Featured are manicured grounds, a large heated pool with waterfall, Jacuzzi, clubhouse and outdoor grilles. The clubhouse is equipped with tables and chairs, fridge and washrooms. The pool area has an abundance of lounge chairs.
You can walk the miles of sandy beach or just sit or dine on the screened lanai. Being on the fourth floor is the perfect location for seeing dolphins, boaters, and wading birds in the preserve directly in front. Of course you will not want to miss the spectacular sunsets as you relax on the lanai.
The Riviera Club is located near Santini Plaza, the Marina, and the Bay Beach public golf course. The condo is convenient to everything on the island via the 25-cent island trolley.
Sorry, but NO PETS are allowed at the Riviera Club.
