Sterling Stay Beach House - Crystal Beach, Florida Vacation Rental STERLING STAY Sterling Stay is an exceptionally well appointed contemporary beach home with 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths in the main house, 1 bedroom/1 bath guesthouse, private pool, and is located on along Scenic Gulf Drive on the Emerald Coast. This 3000 sq. ft. completely tiled main house has a lounge, gourmet kitchen, dining for 14, and a third floor Teaki Tower Room for sunset views. There are three private suites each with king size beds and a fourth bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds. Each bedroom, as well as the lounge, has a TV and DVD player. Wireless internet is available throughout the house. FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE Sterling Stay offers a 12' x 24' private heated pool with patio furniture, pool/beach toys, and grill; outdoor poolside shower; washer/dryer; wireless internet throughout the house; and private balconies or porches for all 4 suites. THE BEACH Sterling Stay is located directly down the street from the Crystal Beach access. Walk out the door, turn right, walk past five houses and in less than one minute you will be standing on the beautiful white sands of the Emerald Coast. RECREATION Destin offers exciting water activities: snorkeling, parasailing, sunset cruises, glass bottom boat excursions, dolphin watching, and scuba diving. The Big Kahuna Water Park is another favorite family attraction. An abundance of golf courses are also conveniently located in and around Destin. DINING Casual and fine dining is within walking distance at Camille's Restaurant or at the Crystal Beach Inn. There are many other restaurants along Scenic Gulf Drive such as The Crab Trap, Captain Dave's or Pompano Joe's where you can enjoy fresh seafood for lunch or dinner. Many of the restaurants have outdoor decks for enjoying beach views and a Gulf breeze as you dine. SHOPPING The Destin Commons shopping area is less than a mile away and has the 14 screen Rave Theatre, Hard Rock Cafe, Bass Pro Shop, Barnes & Noble, Best Buy, Build-a-Bear Workshop, and many exclusive specialty shops as well as several major department stores. The Silver Sands Outlet Mall located within 3 miles and provides another excellent opportunity for shopping for brand name merchandise. STERLING STAY INFORMATION How many vehicles can we park? There is space for 4 vehicles. Overflow parking is not available. How do we reserve the week that we want? 25% deposit is paid by credit card. When is balance of rent and Sales Tax due? 30 days prior to check in. How old do you have to be to rent this property? 25 years of age. If a group of youths wish to rent, one parent per every 3 youths must be on site at all times, and a 50% deposit will be required. The parents will be held responsible for the actions of the group. Sterling Stay provides linens and towels for use within the home only. Please bring your own beach and pool towels.
