Call this charming Martha Lake Area home your 'home away from home'. It is conveniently located to I-5, Edmonds, Bothel and only about 25 minutes from Seattle. You will enjoy its fully fenced back yard complete with hammock and tire swing. There are French doors from both the formal dining room and the rec room to the huge multi-level deck with tons of space for barbecuing and relaxing. Come inside and you will find three very comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs. Extra towels and linens are provided. The main floor has a 'rooster' themed kitchen. It is equipped for all your fabulous feasts. Just bring the groceries. There is a cozy wood burning fireplace in the living room. A formal dining room, complete with candles, and linens.
Our lower level has a large rec-room with a hide-a-bed, and additional games, card table, stereo, and lots more fun stuff. We also have a two car garage for your car but we keep bikes, canoe and kayak for you to enjoy in the neighborhood. You can walk around Martha Lake in the morning and pick up a great cup of coffee on the way at the neighborhood espresso stands.
There are no end of things to do in this busy area.

This was a great location for us (near other family) and very easy to find. The whole house was much larger than expected and after seeing the huge, fenced yard we were sad we didn't bring along the family dog. The tire swing, hammock, and multi-level deck were wonderful during the cool temperatures (we were escaping a Texas heatwave). The kitchen was a little tight for everyone at once, but it was manageable. There were plenty of dishes, cookware, etc. but we bought disposable cups since there weren't many drinking glasses or cups. Since the house was so spacious (with 3 levels, too), there was plenty of privacy and all the amenities we could have asked for in a vacation home were there. It was very clean and well cared-for.
