ABOUT 'LILLY PAD PARADISE':
Our spacious and beautifully decorated beach home is sure to delight your family. It is nearly new so you can still smell that 'new paint smell' with all brand new furniture. Upon entering "Lily Pad Paradise", you will be impressed with the open layout combining the kitchen, dining and living areas into one spacious room - great for everyone to gather after a day at the beach. We have outfitted the kitchen with all the tools you will need - from making morning coffee/tea, toasting bagels, to a seafood feast. The large cultured marble bar area adjacent to the dining room assures everyone can sit down and enjoy a meal together after a fun day at the beach. Relax in the comfortable living room with TV/DVD plus a Queen sofa sleeper for an extra sleeping space, if needed. Open the French doors to a covered deck with chairs and tables and a gas grill ready go. Also on the first floor is a guest room with a Queen bed and access to a full bath - perfect for a special guest or for added privacy when sharing the home with another adult couple. Upstairs you will find a very large master suite with lots of windows overlooking the lake, and a King bed with a private, adjoining bath. Again, French doors give access to a wide covered porch with lounges ready to relax in the sun The second floor also includes another guest room with a Queen bed plus a Twin bed - ideal for when a child needs to be close to his parents or for several kids to share. A large full bath in the adjacent hallway is convenient for this bedroom. The washer/dryer is conveniently closeted in this bathroom. Step out onto the second floor balcony and enjoy views of the community pool, just 20 yards from your cottage. Three Cable TV/DVDs and HI-SPEED INTERNET provided. Also, after a fun day at the beach, there is an outside shower to refresh and clean up. There is parking for 2 cars.
ABOUT OLD FLORIDA VILLAGE:
Lilly Pad is located in “Old Florida Village,” a beautifully landscaped community within the city of Santa Rosa Beach. The village is made up of 75 distinctive, architecturally rich homes with a Retail/Loft entrance (similar to Watercolor) to be completed in the near future. The Village has two community pools. The streets are made of pavers, special pavement and stone. Green space is throughout the community. There is only one road into the neighborhood that creates a nice private feeling for adults and children. It’s a wonderful community for kids and adults to ride their bikes or enjoy a slow stroll during an evening sunset.

Scenic Highway 30-A is considered by many to be the Monterrey of the east. The road is a spectacular 18-mile journey of beautiful beaches, sidewalks, architecture, restaurants, golf, fishing, kayaking, biking, walking and shopping. 30-A also boasts a spectacular 18-mile walking/bike path that runs the entire length of our beaches and costal dune lakes. Hwy 30-A is also home to the famed community of “Seaside”, Water Color, and the awarded Grayton Beach State Park. Also, on 30 –A is that there are no nationally owned food chains allowed.
EATING, ENTERTAINMENT, AND SHOPPING:
Our location is convenient to fine dining like Bud and Alleys in Seaside, Criollas in Grayton Beach, Lake Place in Dune Allen, and Fish out of Water in Watercolor as well as funky dining with great jazz at Picolos and the outrageous Red Bar in Grayton Beach. Nearly across the street from OFV is GoatFeathers, a family seafood restaurant with a fish market below. We are within walking distance (4/10 mi.) to Gulf Place with boutique shops, outdoor dining at Smiling Fish Cafe, Moon Dogies bike rentals, Sunday night concerts on the green from April to September, and ice cream at Miss Lucille’s Gossip Parlor. The Santa Rosa Golf and Beach Club is also nearby with two holes overlooking the Gulf as well as gulf front dining. Silver Sands, the largest designer outlet mall in the country, is a 10-minute drive into San Destin.
WHERE'S THE BEACH?
The beach is a short stroll away across the street from the entrance of OFV. At your disposal are three public beach accesses with lifeguards, picnic areas, and restrooms and parking, if desired.
