AREA DESCRIPTION
This property is about a 15 minute car ride into the downtown River District/Business area of Fort Myers. Only 30-40 minutes south to Naples. 15 minutes drive to Red Sox spring training at the Wilbur Billy Smith Stadium in the City of Palms Park or if you prefer the Minnesota Twins, catch their spring training games @ our Hammond Stadium which is just a 5 minute drive away. 3 miles to the town square of Fort Myers Beach and also only 3 miles to the Sanibel Island causeway. If healthcare is your concern, Lee Memorial Health System's state of the art Healthpark Medical Center is only 1 - 2 miles up the road. There is lot's of shopping, dining, theater, miniture golfing, fishing, boating and outlet stores most within a short walk or bike ride away! Great property, great owner! Stayed for a week with our two kids. Condo is in very good condition with many new fixtures/improvements. Connie was great! Took care of things wonderfully. Always answered calls. The neighborhood is nothing special, but we only slept there and ate breakfast (although my wife enjoyed her coffee on the screen porch). Would rent again.

Great apartment - great landlords, April 2, 2009 We rented the 2 bedroom. It was new and spotless and had everything we needed. Close to all amenities and Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel. Connie and Tom are the best, and we have had many rentals over the years so are able to compare. Would certainly utilize their apartment again. Highest recommendation on value for your money!

Wonderful Vacation Home We stayed in the one-bedroom efficiency on the ground floor and loved it. It was spacious, had everything we needed, and the location was perfect. Connie was very accommodating and made us feel welcomed. We hope to return next winter

Close to Everything We stayed in the apartment last November and December while waiting for our house to be completed. It was a great location and Tom and Connie were great whenever any small problem occured. The neighbors were friendly and for our short stay we certainly got a taste of our new "home".

BETTER THEN ANY HOTEL This apartment truely is, "the best bang for your buck" as stated in the owner's advertising. These owners go out of their way to accommodate their tenants. We saved so much money on the little things you buy while on vacation. Tom and Connie provided more then the average vacation rental owners. Available for your use are beach towels and chairs, weather radio & candles - (for when the electricity went out - who would have thought?), bicycles, cooler for the beach, gas BBQ grill and so much more. They even offer a few board games, a kite, frizbee and a game cube for the kids to use. Upon arrival we noticed a list of movie titles and live concerts which were available from the owner's private DVD library for us to request . They offer over 300 DVD movies! This came in handy after a full day of sun and being too sunburnt to move off the couch! These extra little perks saved us a bunch of money. We will definately stay here again the next time we are in town

Home Away From Home I stayed in the apartment in parts of Feb, Mar, April and May of 2008. I was very pleased with the amenities. Everything I needed was there. Connie & Tom were wonderful. They went above and beyond to make me feel a "at home" and comfortable. It is close to everything. I would definitely recommend this property. I will definitely contact Connie if I get back to Fort Myers in the future.

Wonderful Accommodations! Stay here and meet two of the best hosts in South Florida. Connie and Tom are the best. They did an outstanding job with this facility and it was very easy to call it "home". The proximity to activities cannot be surpassed by any rental unit -- beaches, golf, super markets, library, outlet malls and restaurants are all within 3 miles of the apartment. Try it....you will love it!
