This amazing Vacation Home was purchased last year and the new owners repainted every square inch, bought all new furnishing, beds, mattresses, Egyptian cotton linens and towels, and fully equipped the kitchen. Comfort and Coziness were the highest priorities.
This 2100 square-foot home has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, large living room, large dining area, a fully stocked kitchen and a separate laundry area. This property will accommodate up to 9 guests on 2 levels (6 guests + 1 toddler (crib) on the main upper level and 2 + 1 toddler (travel crib) guests in the separate lower level.
The Master Bedroom has a King bed and a private bathroom. The Master Bedroom also features large sliding glass doors opening onto the lanai, complete with Ocean Views. The Second Bedroom has an attached Bathroom (a bathtub/shower) and is set up with a King bed. The Third Bedroom has a bunk bed with 2 twin beds. This Hawaiian Style Beach House offers vacationers a unique vacationing experience.
The Kitchen is light, bright, and fully equipped including: microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, cookware, an in-door cold water/ice dispenser in refrigerator; and all of this with dramatic unforgettable views.
The Master Suite, Living Room and Dining Room have dynamic Ocean Views, combined with a tropical ambiance and a large lanai (deck) to enhance the ocean-front experience. The furnishings are designer pieces with a Hawaiian Island tropical theme which combine beauty with comfort. You will find the Living Room to be a comfortable place to relax and enjoy the Ocean Views as well as a having a brand new TV with cable channels, a DVD player, and high speed wireless internet. The living room also has glass sliding doors that open wide to the lanai and for unobstructed Ocean Views.
The Lower Level Suite has its own private entrance, dinning area, living room with a TV, and a separate Bedroom (King Bed) with its own private bathroom.
The gentle ocean breeze allows for natural trade wind cooling. In addition, all rooms have Ceiling Fans.

On my list to do before I die: Renew vows in Hawaii. Seriously. Cheesy, but true, but I wasn’t “the bride” when I got married in 2002. I mean, I was, and I had a big white wedding in Ireland to boot, but that was my hubs’ dream nuptial. He planned everything, from the vintage Rolls Royce that cruised us to Loch Derg to the chicken vol-au-vent appetizer at the reception. So let me take this opportunity to scope out the dream site for our next party. What do you think of this Anini Beach vacation home? The first bash was loud, splashy and an all-out town extravaganza. The next time I want something more low-key, perhaps with just immediate family. With all the Hawaiian condos, huts and cottages from which to choose, the simplicity of this Anini Beachside home spoke to me. Five steps out the door and you’re looking at the ocean. In fact, the master, living and dining rooms all face the water. I’m envisioning many lazy mornings on the Egyptian sheets with the windows open. Cool breezes. Ah. The rooms are tastefully decorated without tracesof tacky tropical florals or tiki bric-a-brac anywhere. I could see that dining room table and wicker set in my own house. The majestic Kamani tree sold me, too. Re: wedding ceremony … Couldn’t you see Chinese lanterns hanging from the branches with an aisle of seashells lining a path to the surf? Sorry for getting all Modern Bride on you. That’s the wedding planner in me. Cute house, though, and what a precious name: Anini Bikini.

“We’ve stayed in Kauai many times but never before rented a house on the beach. It was absolutely the way to go! Anini Bikini was the perfect location for us – right on Anini’s swimming and snorkeling lagoon with the gorgeous sunset views, a great tree swing, and in a quiet neighborhood at the end of the road. The house was fully outfitted – complete with the heated outdoor shower which we loved -- and really comfortable. We had a fabulous time and hope to come back again very soon."
