Welcome to our newly renovated and freshly decorated Beachside condo! Our complex sits right on the beach at the Gulf of Mexico. No streets to cross or buildings blocking your access to the white sandy beach! This entire unit has had a dramatic makeover with you in mind! Our 1 bedroom/ 1 bath 3rd floor unit sleeps 6 people very comfortably. The master bedroom is all brand new (March 08) including: queen-sized pillow-top mattress, carpet, bedding, flat screen TV/ DVD combo and a 4 piece queen bedroom suite. All appliances and furniture were purchased new in 2008 as well as a new front loader washer and dryer and a new AC unit! New for 2009 is a ceiling fan in the master bedroom. The kids will love the two bunk beds built into the hallway wall with their all new blue and green bedding. If you need additional space, we also have a pull-out couch that can sleep two more people. The kitchen is fully furnished and has a new fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher along with many more new amenities. Relax on your private balcony with a gorgeous view of the Gulf of Mexico or enjoy a day at the private pool used only by members of this complex. And as always, the beach boardwalk has only 24 steps to access the uncrowded beach!
We are directly across the street from Seagrove Plaza where you can rent movies, order pizza from Brunos, pick up a quick sub sandwich, rent bicycles, kayaks and more! A Publix grocery store is just 1 1/2 short miles away and we are right next door to Seaside (1.5 miles), Fl and 5 miles from Rosemary Beach. There is no need to go to town with all the family friendly activities right here, but if you must Destin and Panama City Beach are both about 20 minutes away. Come and relax!
When booking your stay, we ask you to send 1/2 of your payment immediately and the second 1/2 two weeks before your arrival date. We also ask you to send a $200 damage deposit in the form of a check that is never cashed unless you do damage to the unit (**we have never had to cash one of these**). Please note: prices below include FL taxes of 11.5%. We do NOT charge any additional taxes, fees or charges!

Why the Owner Chose Beachside
We chose to purchase a vacation rental in Seagrove Beach because it is on a family-friendly beach away from the loud crowds in the more populated Destin and Panama City areas. Our rental sits right on the beach and is close to Seaside, Watercolor and Rosemary Beaches, yet it is much more afordable! It is also centrally located to a new Publix grocery store and many fabulous restaurants. Come see for yourself why we love it here!!

My family has come to Seagrove Beach since I was little and now, our 5 children make memories every year at this family-friendly beach. We are a family who loves the water and don't like to stay anywhere where we have to walk to get there! We also enjoy any other outdoor activity where we can easily take young children!

This condo was in a great location. Practically beach front. You can see the waves from the balcony. We sat out and had out breakfast every morning and watched the dolphins swim by. The bed in the bedroom was so comfy - so much so that I had to see what it was when we were leaving so we could replace our own mattress at home with the same one. The place was quiet and just two flights down the stairs and BAM! you were on the boardwalk to the beach. Many restaurants, bike/kayak rental places and stores within walking distance to the condo, so at night, or for lunch, we just walked up the road and didn't have to drive all the time. That was nice. But if you wanted to, just a 5 minute down the road was Seaside, or a 10 minute drive in the other direction was Rosemary Beach. Everything you needed was right there. I highly suggest this condo for location, price and comfort. Enjoyed it!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers.
