Why the Owner Chose Bonita Beach & Tennis Club

The view from the lanai changes from hour to hour. It is especially beautiful when the sun sets or when the sum glimmers off the water.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo

It is especially quit and still breath-taking when you sit on the lanai with a glass of wine and watch the activity or the sun setting.

Owner's Map of Bonita Beach & Tennis Club

my wife and I purchased this property when we fell in love with the view!! From the 8th floor of building 3 you can see the activity on the beach and in the Fall and the Winter the beautiful red sunsets. We are both retired teachers who live in upstate New York. It is so nice to come down to Southwest Florida when the snow is covering our house!! Our first trip to the Naples/Bonita area was in the early 1980's when are children were small. They collected all the shells that are displayed on the wall in the condo.. They are both Notre Dame grads and successful. We have two granddaughters five and one years old. Enjoy you stay in Bonita!! Chris

Great stay in Bonita Beach

Guest: darby (southern illinois)
Date of Stay: 09/23/11 Review Submitted: 10/02/11

This condo was a great deal, since it had an ocean view from the balcony, and it was across the street from the beach. If you have a car, drive into barefoot beach directly across the street and go all the way to the end (about 2 miles). Then walk toward Wiggins Pass (left facing the beach) and you will find a wide variety of seshells and sand dollars. This is the best place to find shells in the Bonita Beach/Naples area, and you are right there. The condo is very centrally located to shopping, lovers key, the flea market, and many restaurants. The condo is small, and the bedroom is open to the living room, but it was clean, well maintained, and there was more than enough room for two people. The beds were comfortable, and the view from the balcony is wonderful. The owner is very helpful and willing to answer any questions you might have. The only complaint is that the air conditioner can get loud, especially while watching tv, but it cooled adequately and we didn't really notice it any other time. You will not find a better condo for the price in the off season any where else in this area. If you want a fancy resort, this is not for you; but if you want a cozy stay at a fabulous price, this is the place.
