I cannot say enough about how wonderful this apartment is. Anna & Hector, were great to deal with. They gave us detailed directions how to get to the apartment from the airport, showed us in detail the apartment and had numerous travel info regarding Madrid. The apartment itself is cute as a button is a very central location, near the Metro, restaurants, major tourist sites and the train station. I would definately stay there again. Thanks for a great trip.

It is difficult to imagine a better location than 12 Las Huertas. We enjoyed all of the activity in the area and even went to Cafe Central twice. The condo was very well equipped -- we had everything we needed. And we found the owners to be generous and helpful. Staying at this condo definitely added to our enjoyment of our time in Madrid. Thank you.

We stayed in this apartment in September 2011 and were extremely happy with a number of qualities...the general condition of the apartment...it was clean, well maintained and equipped. The location is fantastic in a very vibrant part of the city within easy walking distance of restaurants, museums etc. The owners were excellent to deal with and very helpful. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment or to stay again.

Calle Huertas is a perfect place to stay in Madrid if you are interested in being in the Centro section of the city, close to the Prado Museum, the beautiful Retiro Park and quiet plazas, but close to transportation links, etc. Madrid is a busy, noisy place, but Huertas 12 is tucked away on a quiet street (Calle Huertas) with lots of great places to eat and other entertainment establishments (go to Alberto's, just a couple doors from the apartment, for tapas and dinner - you will be glad you did). And it's short walk to the Prado, where my wife and I spent a lot of time during our visit to Madrid. The owners, Ana and Hector, could not have been nicer. They sincerely want your stay in their apartment and in Madrid to be memorable. They were a font of information re places to go and and things to see. Nice folks indeed. The apartment is a perfect size for two adults to have plenty of space to roam. Only downside is it looks out into a very small courtyard, so there aren't any views to speak of, but the location of the apartment insulates you from any street noise, so it's a trade-off. Would I return to this apartment on a subsequent visit to Madrid? Absolutely.

We stayed here recently and had a wonderful time. The apartment is very close to a buzzy plaza, tapas bars, great gelato and the metro is pretty close too. The apartment is equiped with everything you could possible want. It's clean, quiet, modern, secure and safe and the shower is nice and hot.Comfortable for 2 -3 people. It's located in a great part of Madrid, very arty, boutiques, and lots to see just sit in the nearby plaza and people gaze.Try the gelato over the street wow. very nice.

This apartment is comfortable, cozy, quiet, modern and well located! We were able to walk to museums, Retiro Park and lots of restaurants. The elevator was greatly appreciated after long days of sightseeing and walking, walking, walking. I will definitely check the availability of this apartment on my next trip to Madrid.

We had a fabulous five day stay at Huertas 12. The apartment is modern, lovely and nicely furnished with everything you would want. It is very well located with good restaurants and cafes in nearby squares and walking for sight seeing is quite easy. The best part of staying here, however, is knowing Ana and Hector; they are wonderful, warm and will go out of their way to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you Ana & Hector.

My son and I stayed here for 3 days in April and we honestly can say the apartment was better than described. It was comfortable, well appointed, supplied, and spotless in and out. Hector and Ana, the owners, met us upon arrival and departure and could not have been more accommodating in every way. They have supplied the apartment with everything you could possibly need during your stay. One of our needs was uninterrupted internet service and that's what we got wirelessly without a hitch. We had dinner all three nights in restaurants within a five minute walk that were all amazing. I plan to return in the future with my wife, and without a doubt I would stay here again.
