Designed with a mix of modern and traditional Madrid architecture, its wooden trusses on walls and ceiling account for much of the flavor of the Apartment. Built in the early 20th Century, the building has been completely refurbished in 2005.
In its 53 square meters, full with day light, the Apartment features a single bedroom (with a double bed and two wardrobes), a comfortable living room area (with a double sofa bed), bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen.
The attractive single bedroom is separated from the living room by a vertical structure of wooden trusses and a vertical blind that assures intimacy and comfort.
Being the only apartment on the interior 3rd floor, overlooking the central patio, you will have an unbelievable quiet environment in one of the more lively areas of the city.
