The minute you walk through the door of this three bedroom, two and half bath home, you'll gasp at the beautiful expansive view out across the 15th fairway of the Persimmon Golf Course up Daisy Mountain to the deep blue skies. Enjoy the unique saguaro cactus all around the golf course, community and mountain. You'll feel like home yet will enjoy every amenity of a first class hotel with your own pool, spa, waterfall and large pro-football turf lawn. It is located within the gated community of Anthem Country Club featuring two absolutely spectacular world-class golf courses, the Persimmon and the Ironwood both managed by Club Corp, Inc.
The Anthem Clubhouse and adjacent amenities include tennis, pools, whirlpools, fine dining, state of the art work out facilities, massage and therapy rooms plus numerous activities hosted by the clubhouse each month.
The Country Club fitness center and swimming pool are open to guest use on a day fee basis. $10 per adult per day for both and $4 per adult per day for the pool only or you may purchase a punch card with 10 visits for the fitness facility for $80. The Country Club Membership is also transferable to our guest for longer term rentals of 6 months or more. The golf courses, though both private, are open for non-member play on a limited basis. There are also over 25 golf courses located within a 30 minute drive of Anthem.
The Ironwood clubhouse offers all of the first class amenities as the main clubhouse. There is also an amenities center within the Del Webb Community offering a Sate of the Art WaterPark, Pools, Catch & Release fishing, Three-Story Rock Climbing Wall, night-lit Tennis courts, Basketball and State of the Art Fitness Facilities. These are open to our guests on extended stays.
The home overlooks the 15th fairway of the Persimmon Course with beautiful North views of the golf course and Daisy Mountain. The kitchen boasts top of the line appliances, the living areas (kitchen, eating area, family & great room) and master retreat enjoy views of the golf course, mountain and blue skies. The home is decorated and upgraded with all of the comforts and conveniences of home. Custom maple built-in Entertainment Center in the Family Room, custom maple dining room hutch, and custom built-in maple entertainment center with dresser drawers and display shelves in Master Bedroom
There is a king bed in the Master Retreat with a large two walk-in closets, a Queen Bed is located in the 2nd Bedroom, and two twins in the 3rd bedroom, all finely appointed. A queen air mattress is also available for possible additional guests. There is a three car attached garage with entry into the laundry room and tiled hallway leading directly to the kitchen for convenience. The yards have been landscaped in beautiful Sonoran Desert and the exterior of the home has been finely finished with beautiful rock accents and painted in warm desert tones in keeping with the palettes and plants of the surrounding desert.
It is conveniently located near Scottsdale, Cave Creek, Carefree & Wickenburg and within a short drive on Hwy. 17 to Sedona, Oak Creek Canyon, Prescott, Flagstaff and the Grand Canyon. It is 20 minutes to Lake Pleasant for all of your water sports. Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport is located 26 miles away.

This is a spectacular place. The view is amazing - even after 10 weeks, we never tired of it. The backyard is terrific. We had many fun times there. The house is so well stocked and is so nicely decorated. It was very clean. We loved our winter in Anthem Country Club and in this beautiful house.

Everything described in the overview of this home is definately correct!! We (2 couples) stayed here for the month of February and found this home just amazing!. Lots of room on the inside with beautiful furnishings and all the amenities you could ever need plus an exceptionally well landscaped exterior complete with pool, spa and fantastic golf course and mountain viewl As an added plus, the owners are excellent to work with!!. We will definately be coming back.

This was the perfect home for our Christmas 2008 vacation. It was exceptionally clean and had EVERYTHING anyone could need. The mountain and golf course views are fantastic. We give it a "10".

I was a guest of someone staying in this beautiful home. The views are fantastic. Great sunsets! And although there are houses across the fairway, it feels very private. We never closed the blinds. The house is completely furnished and tastefully decorated. It's elegant but comfortable. Close to grocery stores, outlet stores and Wal-Mart, but lacking in resturants. There are pizza places, Mc Donalds, and of course the country club, but not much in-between as far as casual, family dining. Overall it was a great house and I did not want to leave.
Owner response:There are some casual dining resturants in Anthem. A bar and grill, Mexican and Italian in the Safeway center and I believe one or two in the Frys center. Also more restauarants are at Carefree Highway and also Happy Valley south off Highway 17
