Pretty cozy place. Family of five and everyone was comfortable and enjoyed the stay. The beach was accessible within minutes and quiet enough to think it was your own. Rockaway is minutes away and has not been commercially taken over. The kids loved the loft beds and the house felt warm. it was nice to have Wifi and Cable available for the downtime. Vik the owner was awesome and made you feel welcome. This place is well maintained and clean.

This house is wonderful. It was well stocked, clean and cozy. You won't find someone as nice as Vik to deal with. Very accomodating and sincere as far as his concern for your satisfaction and enjoyment. We will be back!

Our family age 1 to 70 spent 3 nights & enjoyed the well-equipped accommodations. The access to the beach was excellent and the hose with sprayer at the front entrance really limited the need to clean up sand in the entryway. We plan to return when we have an opportunity.

Everything about our brief stay here, and the arrangements to do so, were excellent. We contacted the owner with relatively short notice, but had no problems finalizing the details and all went smoothly. The proximity to the beach was great, neighbors were friendly, and the home was well-organized and kid-friendly. Our kids (ages 8, 5 and 2) enjoyed staying here and we will definitely be back!

My family recently stayed at this property and were very pleased with the house and the location. We were only a block or so from the beach, which made it very easy to go back and forth with our kids. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. My kids loved the loft! My family and I enjoyed staying at the house. So nice to have a kitchen and laundry. Very quiet area. A quick walk to an uncrowded and beautiful beach. Loved nearby tidepools, seafood at Bay City Pacific Seafood and Garibaldi docks. Oceanside on the cape is a quaint and beautiful short trip. Rockaway is a cute town. Very helpul and responsive owner. Nice house. Would recommend to anyone.

Our family enjoyed our stay in a very clean and nicely equipped home. The house is in a great location and the beach is easily accessible within a couple minutes walk.

Best Family Vacation Ever!

From the moment that we arrived we were in a state of bliss. The house was more then we could ever ask for and the kids absolutely loved the loft beds (to them it was a fort to play in). The kitchen was fully stocked and made all the meals a simple task, I was even able to make homemade peanut butter fudge. Every morning we were able to walk to the beach to search for treasures (we found two star fish, tons, of shells and believe it or not a chicken). Each night we had a fire on the beach with marshmallows and new friends and during the day we flew kites, built sand castles, laid in the sun, and boogied the waves. It was great! On the off day that rain came for a little while there were tons of activities to do either north or south of the house. My family had a great time and we are already pulling out our calendars to plan to return next year. Thank you so much.

Great Kid Friendly Home - Awesome location

Our family of 4 (2 adults, 3yr old, 1yr old) just had an excellent labor day stay. The house is very well equiped for families- from toys, games, beach gear, portable crib, the list goes on. Our son absolutley loved the "secret" double loft area where he would hide out to play. The house was very clean, the kitkitchen was well stocked, and there was a nice deck with gas BBQ. Even better, it's just a block away from an excellent beach that was failry empty even on a sunny holidy weekend; absolutley nothing like the major beach areas on the coast. We'll be back.

We had such a good time at your beach house -- we couldn't think of another thing we would possibly need. It is amazingly well stocked for a second home and all of your instructions from our initial reservation through our arrival were very complete and so helpful! We loved the location so close to the beach as it was an easy walk for our 2 year old grandson, and our 13 year old granddaughter loved sleeping in the "loft". What a nice surprise to find children's books and DVD's on the bookshelf. We went into town briefly and saw how busy the "city" beach is, making us feel very fortunate to be staying at your home where such a short walk took us to a nearly deserted beach. We made sand castles, played in the surf, flew kites, and enjoyed nearly 90 degree weather one day--what a wonderful get away! Thanks so much for everything; hopefully we can return again.

This home was a great place to stay for our trip to the coast. Even though it is not on the beach you are so close you would never know. Located in a small neighborhood, it's quiet and tranquil; perfect for relaxation. The property owner is fantastic with communication and we couldn't ask for anything better! We just returned from a week at Vic's vacation home and had a wonderful time. The beach house was clean, comfortable and very well stocked. We played plenty of games on the great deck when we were not the beautiful beach. We took advantage of several of Vic's suggestions regarding fun things to do in the area - and were not disappointed once! Restful Stay

We stayed for 5 nights and found the location superb (a block from the beach!) and the price point appropriate for the area. Beds were very comfortable, doing laundry a real luxury and the kitchen accommodated cooking large meals easily. We enjoyed the deck out back immensely on one of the sunny days and the kites were a source of fun for all during a windy day. A great property for families and you can't ask for a more helpful property owner! Make sure to walk down the beach to Rockaway Beach's Dragonfly Sisters Cafe for an early morning scone and drive a few minutes to Bay City for an excellent seafood market.

We just spent a full week at the houseand we highly recommend it for other families. We had a wonderful time enjoying the beautiful beach and staying at the beach house. The house is very clean and comfortable. The kids loved the loft beds! You can't see them in the photos very well, but these were a big hit with the kids. The house is well stocked with everything you might need including beach towels, beach toys, etc. The walk to the beach is very short, I think we walked past three or four houses to get there. The town at Rockaway is cute; a fun place to get an ice cream cone and play in the arcade. Just a short drive to the Tillamook cheese factory. Overall a memorable stay for our family.

My daughters and I had a lovely time at your home. We loved the layout, and my older daughter especially loved the loft beds in the upstairs bedroom. "Just wanted to let you know that we had a very nice time at your place. I had never spent any time in Twin Rocks, it was wonderful ..... We took long walks every day and enjoyed the sunsets. The girls played card games and boardgames and built sand castles on the beach. It was fun to roast marshmallows and look at the stars together.
