  Very sweet casita with comfortable furnishings. Nice to have a kitchen and washer/dryer. Very quiet with off street parking in a neighborhood very close to everything in Santa Fe. Would definitely stay there again!! The owner Jude is very accommodating.

  Your casita is really sweet -- we were very comfortable and enjoyed staying there! Loved having a kitchen, washer/dryer, and not being in a hotel room. Saw two great operas and had an overall wonderful trip.

  We had a hard time leaving Santa Fe and this charming casita. The neighborhood was quiet, the rooms were simply furnished but clean and well-kept, perfect for our needs. We stayed 5 nights and want to return for a month. The only surprise was an influx of large moths who kept coming in the front door--people in town said it was a record year for them, so nothing peculiar to this lovely little house.

  Very nicely decorated casita in a private setting. Well furnished with nice detail touches. Fully appointed kitchen with many amenities. It was perfectly clean and well stocked for our arrival. The host is a pleasure to deal with. A perfect retreat as either a place to come back to after a late evening, or for relaxing with wine and cheese. We did both! We highly recommend it, and will certainly visit again on our next trip to Santa Fe.

  We had a wonderful, wonderful stay at this property. It's in one of Santa Fe's most beautiful neighborhoods, and the best restaurant in town, Restaurant Martin, is right down the street! Highly recommended!

  We spent some time last Summer in this adorable casita. It is tastefully decorated, and sits towards the back neighboring casitas. We enjoyed walks to the Plaza, and surround areas. The houses surrounding are all historical, and nicely landscaped. The casita has a nice flagstone patio where you can sit and enjoy a glass of wine. The homeowner is great, and very hospitable. What a pleasant little place. We won't hesitate to rebook on our next trip to Santa Fe!!

  This was a perfect place for my husband, 13 month old son (brought our own porta-crib) and me to stay, just beautiful and newly renovated. The neighborhood was very pleasant and walking to the square was easy for our active family. It has all the amenities of home, easy to cook meals and even do a couple of loads of laundry (essential with a little one along for the trip). We had a wonderful stay and would recommend to anyone!

  I enjoyed my recent stay. The house was easy to find, quiet, and close enough to everything to walk. It was my home away from home. If I ever make it back to Santa Fe, I would not hesitate to stay here!

Fees:

• Cleaning: $75
• Pet Fee: $50 + tax
• Tax Rate 7%

Cancellation policy:

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Property comes as is, equipped with bed linens, towels, basic kitchenware, basic utensils, Nothing further will be supplied. The following is further mutually agreed between the two parties, Tenants/Guests and Owner: 1. There is no smoking inside the premise. 2. The Owner is not responsible for any injuries to Tenants/Guests or damage/loss to their personal property. 3. Utilities are included in rate. 4. There is no telephone land line for the property (please ensure that you bring your cellular telephone if you require phone access). 5. No cleaning service is provided throughout your stay. 6. Excessive cleaning due to abnormal wear and tear will be deducted from the damage deposit if necessary. Providing a damage deposit does not waive the renter of fiscal responsibility for damages which exceed the deposit amount. 7. Should any problems occur throughout the stay, the Tenants/Guests are requested to call me at 817-914-2592. 8. Should the property reserved become unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Owner’s control, they will do their best to place you in a comparable accommodation, or will return the Tenant’s money in full for the unavailable days. 9. The tenants shall not alter the decor in any way (i.e no painting of walls, removal of furniture, artwork, plants, etc). 10. The Tenants/Guests will not cause or allow any undue noise. Upon registration of a complaint to the police department, the Owner will automatically have the right to provide notice to vacate without legal recourse. 11. Parties are not permitted. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction of the Tenants/Guests. 12. The Tenants/Guests will not violate any housing regulations dictating acceptable behavior. 13. Standard vehicles must be parked in provided space. No trailers or campers permitted. 14. If I allow pets, please pick up after your pet prior to your departure.
