Come to our lovely studio condo in South Beach! Right on the ocean on Ocean Drive! It is really the jewel of South Beach.

Wake up to the sun & sky of South Beach, on the ocean - only a beautiful green park between you and the beach, - in our lovely Art Deco building. Don't worry about the walk home after partying at night or clubbing - the South Beach area of Ocean Drive is rather short, and we're at the quiet end, on the corner of 5th Ave., at 530 Ocean Dr.
We're on the 3rd floor, looking strait to the ocean, thru the palm trees, with Ocean Drive just below. All the action and vibrancy of South Beach is just below you.
Walk thru our beautiful lobby, ride the elevator. People watch! We have a beautiful courtyard, and there is a new restaurant on the sidewalk just to the right of the building on the sidewalk- Bellini's where my guests get a full breakfast for $5. Maya Tapas at the bottom of the building has wonderful live music and a cuban restaurant that offers 20% off to my guests. TGIF is just to the right of that restaurant. Free valet service for one car for your entire stay!
Airy and bright! Really really beautifully decorated - a jewel. One queen bed, 1 twin pullout sleeper. Full kitchen. One beautiful bathroom. Wi-Fi. Cable TV (flat screen), oven, frig, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, laundry facility.
ps - I own three other studios and three other 2 bedrooms in the building if you have a larger group! Free valet parking...by the way! Terms are half up front and half a month ahead. The rooftop pool at the Casanova Suites, just next door, is free for my guests- only guests allowed.. Robin

Why the Owner Chose Barbizon
We bought in this location firstly because the location is right on the beach in South Beach, in a quieter area with a park across the street. The location can't be beat. The purpose to buy was for investment, to generate income for my family. I've been managing properites in Crested Butte Colorado for years, and thought it would be nice to do the same thing closer to home.
The Unique Benefits at this Studio
Well, it's South Beach! The beach is right in front of you, and most of my condos have great views. South Beach is all around you too, with the restaurants and nightlife. Collins Ave. is 1 block east, with all its shops of international fame. Try sitting in a sidewalk cafe and people watch for awhile. There's so much to do just walking around...Robin!

Robin and Ray, I just wanted to pop you a quick email to say thank you for being so easy to work with regarding our rental at the Barbizon the week of March 14. We really enjoyed ourselves and loved your studio. The location was fantastic! Helina was a doll, when we first got there we were trying to get our bearings on everything from A-Z South Beach, what we should do, where we should go and so on. She was so pleasant and accomodating, she is a gem. And a hard worker, seems we saw her constantly around the building, and she would always ask how it was going, what we did that day etc. She was genuinely interested in what we were doing and if we were having fun. We took advantage of the VIP discounts at the two restaurants downstairs, and took advantage of the Savoy pool and beach chairs services every day. Couldn't beat it. Posted our pictures on Facebook, including ones of your studio and everyone s asking where we stayed. Hope you get some more business from it. We will be in touch, as we will be coming back again soon. Thanks again, Maria PS: Just one improvement I'd like to recommend. Not having a remote for the TV that worked was a bit of a pain, as getting up to turn channels or to turn the TV off after we were in bed, was kind of a bunner, but other than that, everything was terrific. Thanks again! (okay Maria! remote coming!)

Sorry I am just now getting a chance to email you. My cousin and I had a great time in SOBE. The condo was great, in a great location, and very comfortable. We didn't spend much time there but it was so much better than a hotel. Jen was great. I frequent SOBE so I am aware of the clubs and restuarants but she also gave us a list of new spots and even put us on the guest list for a few. It was great. We also loved the guys at the bar downstairs. They were so nice to us. Overall we had a great time and we'd love to stay with you again in the future. Thanks for having us.
