Entrance to residence is at street level for easy access, as well as handicap accessable. The balcony overlooking the pool is on the third level for privacy and beautiful views of the beach. The Guest Bedroom has both a Queen and Twin bed to allow for different combinations of guests.

Spent a long weekend here in spring of 2009 and have been slow in getting a review written. Great condo, clean and spacious. Loved the pool and you can't beat the location - right on the beach. Will definitely be going back. I have since recommended it to my boss who spent two weeks last fall here and will be going back in June 2010.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

We have stayed at this Punta Mita condo several times now. We loved it! It is a new and beautifully decorated spacious 2 bedroom condo. It is on the top floor and has gorgeous sweeping views of the ocean and beach. There is a wonderful pool and outdoor hangout spot. There is even a grill and tables for outdoor eating by the ocean/pool. All the owners/guests in the building were very friendly and fun ~ making the experience more enjoyable. The condo itself is beautiful. It has great furnishings with a nice beach charm. It is very comfortable and comes with everything you would need. The property was very clean and well maintained. The desciption is accurate and it is nicer than the photos. The owner was very helpful with our trip as well. We loved the town of Punta Mita as well. It is quiet and relaxing ~ but has access to surfing, diving, boat trips and much more. I also recommend the Mictlan Surf School ~ they made surfing fu and easy. They were very attentitive and helpful for a hard sport. They provide fun boat trips as well. The town has plenty of great restaurants just a short walk away (all of the restaurants were great!) I highly recommend this condo and town for a great beach vacation.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.
