Solterra is a beautiful home nestled among magnolias and live oaks with 4 bedrooms/3.5 baths - sleeps up to 12 people. It is located in Old Seagrove Beach on oak-canopied road, just a half mile east of Seaside. Enjoy the lovely, oak-shaded one block walk to public beach access (250 walking steps). Relax by your private pool, heated to 86 degrees for an additional $30 per day plus tax. Stroll the quiet neighborhood dirt roads. Walk to our white sand beaches on the emerald green Gulf of Mexico, the Seagrove Village Market or Seaside. This home is equipped with wireless internet.
First Level: Incredible walnut floors grace this level. Gracious front porch invites you into the large common living room/dining room/kitchen. The living room has a sofa, 2 plush side chairs, 2 end tables and coffee table. Dining table will seat 8 people. The kitchen features granite countertops, GE Profile appliances (fridge with icemaker, gas range, wine fridge, dishwasher and microwave), and an island with raised bar and 4 stools. Wall mounted 40” flat panel TV and DVD serve as the entertainment for this entire area. Convenient half bath. Stackable washer/dryer. The King master bedroom has a large closet, king bed, desk with side chair, plush chair with ottoman and a 32” flat panel TV. Private master bath has double granite vanity sinks and a walk-in shower. French doors lead from the master bedroom to a porch and the pool.
Second Level: Entire second floor is carpeted. Second king master bedroom has king bed, 2 bedside tables, dresser, 32” flat panel TV and French doors leading to a private porch overlooking the pool. This balcony is outfitted with loveseat, coffee table and chair with ottoman. Private master bath has double granite vanity sinks and a walk-in shower. Hall bath has 2 sinks and a tub/shower. Den has a queen sleeper sofa, large 40” flat panel TV, DVD, side chair with ottoman and several bean bag chairs. Front porch comes off the den and overlooks the quiet street – it is outfitted with a table and 4 chairs. The bunk bedroom has a bunk with a twin bed up, double bed down, a separate twin day bed and a large closet. Queen bedroom has 27” flat panel TV, 2 bedside tables, a dresser and a closet.
Outside: Private 12 x 24 pool (heated to 86 degrees for an additional $30 per day plus tax) surrounded by brick pavers is located in a very private fenced back yard. The porch and pool area are outfitted with 2 lounger chairs, 2 wrought iron love seats, table with six cushioned chairs, and a chair with ottoman. Two hot/cold outdoor showers. Charcoal grill. Parking for 2 cars in gravel driveway.
