Solterra is a beautiful new home nestled among magnolias and live oaks with 4 bedrooms/3.5 baths that sleeps up to 12 people. It is located in Old Seagrove Beach on oak-canopied road, just a half mile east of Seaside. Enjoy the lovely, oak-shaded one block walk to public beach access (250 walking steps). Relax by your private heated pool ($30 per day plus tax, heats pool to 86 degrees). Stroll the quiet neighborhood dirt roads. Walk to our white sand beaches on the emerald green Gulf of Mexico, the Seagrove Village Market or Seaside. This home is equipped with wireless internet.
First Level: Incredible walnut floors grace this level. Gracious front porch invites you into the large common living room/dining room/kitchen. The living room has a sectional sofa, 2 plush side chairs, end table, lamp and coffee table. Dining table will seat 8 people. The incredibly well-equipped kitchen features granite countertops, GE Profile appliances (frig with icemaker, gas range, wine frig, dishwasher and microwave), and an island with raised bar and 4 stools. Wall mounted 40” LCD TV and DVD serve as the entertainment for this entire area. Convenient half bath. Stackable super capacity washer/dryer. The King master bedroom has a large closet, king bed, 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps, desk with side chair, plush chair with ottoman and a 32” LCD TV. Private master bath has double granite vanity sinks and a walk-in shower. French doors lead from the master bedroom to a screened porch and the pool. Screened porch is outfitted with padded iron furniture – sofa, side chair, ottoman and coffee table.
Second Level: Entire second floor is carpeted. Second king master bedroom has king bed, 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps, dresser, 32” flat panel TV and French doors leading to a private porch overlooking the pool. This balcony is outfitted with tall table and 2 chairs and 2 comfy thickly padded loungers. Private master bath has double granite vanity sinks and a walk-in shower. Hall bath has 2 sinks and a tub/shower. Den has a queen sleeper sofa, large 40” LCD TV, DVD, side chair with ottoman and several bean bag chairs. Front porch comes off the den and overlooks the quiet street – it is outfitted with a dining table and 4 chairs. The bunk bedroom has a bunk with a twin bed up, double bed down, a separate twin bed and a large closet. Queen bedroom has 27” LCD TV, 2 bedside tables, a dresser and a closet.
Monthly rentals are available during winter rate season only.
Outside: Private heated 12 x 24 pool surrounded by brick pavers is located in a very private fenced back yard. Pool may be heated for an additional $30 per day plus tax; pools are heated to maximum 86 degrees. The pool area is outfitted with 2 lounger chairs and an iron table with six cushioned chairs. Two hot/cold outdoor showers. Gas grill. Parking for 2 cars in gravel driveway.

Thank you for making our visit to Seaside - and our run in the 5K - a wonderful experience! We are only a short drive from Tallahassee and will be back. We plan to make a summer trip here as well. Fabulous home, well-appointed and extremely inviting. We are wine lovers, so we enjoyed a wine-focused kitchen! The three kids appreciated the great kids room!

Had a wonderful stay in your home - despite the cool weather. Upon arrival, we were surprised with our "wine" greeting. Felt like a 5-star hotel. With two families with 5 kids, we had plenty of room for all. We especially appreciated all the kitchen amenities - never lacking for plates, utensils, etc. It was also nice to have the extra cooler for wine, beer & soda!! We'll definitely return to Solterra in the future. Many thanks for your hospitality.

We had a wonderful week stay at Solterra. The pool was wonderful in the 100-degree heat! The house had everything we could need - especially the kitchen - very well stocked! Hope we can come back soon.
