Fully furnished comfortable home within 60 feet of the lake shore and pier. Spring fed Lower Nemahbin Lake is one of a chain of lakes. It is about a mile across-fishing year round, sailing, water skiing, jet ski, canoe from lake to lake. Just lean back and watch the geese, ducks, herons, swans and numerous bird species.
Excellent fishing. Listen to the call of the bullfrog. Expansive view of lake from kitchen, living room and wrap around deck. Short distance to boat ramp. Pontoon and other boat rentals nearby. No pets allowed. No Smoking inside home.
