When you want it all, you can get it all at Tidewater Condominiums. Located in the middle of upscale Orange Beach, Tidewater offers you all the amenities that you could ask for in a setting that is incomparable.
Not only are the broad white sandy beaches and emerald green waters breathtaking, there are so many amenities that you may have to extend your stay to use them all. If you are interested in fishing in the Gulf, please see link below for fishing pictures from our family in 2010.
Tidewater features a large outdoor pool, an indoor heated pool, a hot tub, a fitness center facing the Gulf, a sauna, and a grilling/picnic area.
We offer a beautifully decorated 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit which, of course, has a direct Gulf Front 175 degree view (see photo). There is plenty of space between condos in this upscale area of Orange Beach. This third floor (actually 4 stories up) unit has the feel of an elegant Caribbean beach cottage. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a new pillow top mattress and the living room has a queen-size sofa sleeper also with pillow top added.

An added extra is a bunk area with 2 bunk beds perfect for the children and we get reports from guests that the children are crazy about the bunks. This condo comfortably sleeps up to four adults and 2 children guests. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a full size washer and dryer in a utility closet.
Tidewater Condominiums are located in the heart of Orange Beach just minutes from Gulf Shores and Perdido Key. It is located 1/2 mile from the Perdido Pass Bridge where fishing is excellent. Largest marina in Orange beach with three eateries directly across the street.
Also close by are exceptional golf courses, fishing, and of course, fantastic shopping. Be sure to check out the links mentioned for golf information. This condo will truly make a wonderful vacation destination for a family or a romantic get-away for a couple.
During the spring & summer, from the balcony, watching the moon come up over the Gulf is breathtaking. During the fall and winter, the sunrises and sunsets are very beautiful. Coffee on the balcony at 7:00 AM makes the trip worthwhile. You will never forget the sight.

Why the Owner Chose Tidewater
Tidewater is one of the smaller condo complexes so short wait for elevators and never a crowded pool outdoors and plenty of room on the beach. We also like the elbow room between condos at Tidewater. Staff and security are very friendly. We had to have an indoor heated swimming pool as we normally go in the off-season. Quote from a recent guest: "The building was extremely clean and well-kept. There was absolutely no problem with noise, and the property was well supervised.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Our condo association has a keen interest in making Tidewater a clean and safe property. Owners have pride. Say 'hi' to Kenny, our maintenance supervisor. As owners, sand in the condo can be very upsetting and plug drains. There are two high pressure fresh water hoses near the entry gate back to the condo which washes off the sand from feet and toys you may take to the beach.
Walk across the street for fried and broiled seafood. Great for take-out also.
Excellent Dine In at Zeke's Landing across the street from Tidewater. Indoor and Outdoor Dining and reasonable, varied menu.
An upscale restaurant with both indoor and outdoor dining. Music most nights in good weather outdoors.
Within a mile of Tidewater/ Also in immediate area is a Publix Food Market and CVS Pharmacy.

We are Kathy and Andy Schaus of Little Rock, Arkansas. We stay at our condo 3-5 times a year doing maintenance, some shopping, some fishing and just sitting on the beach and always having coffee early morning on the balcony watching the ocean.

I cannot express how wonderful Kathy is to work with! We had the most relaxing vacation we could have asked for. The condo was perfect, everything you could need was there. The king size bed in the bedroom was soooo comfortable. The location was perfect. The grounds and the pools were very clean. No oil on the beach and the water was very clear. My kids loved it there, my boys (13 &5) asked if we could go back every year from now on they loved the condo and the pool. So needless to say we will be going back there from now on. We highly recommend the property to anyone with or without kids. We look forward to hopefully spending many more summers there!! Kathy, Andy, & Robert we can not thank y'all enough for sharing your home with us :)

This condo is conviently located and Tidewater has grear amenities. The unit is tastefully decorated and very well stocked. Andy and Kathy are wonderful to work with and are willing to do whatever it takes to make you feel welcome. We really enjoyed our stay and now we are missing morning coffee on the balcony and watching dolphins playing in the gulf. Thank you Andy and Kathy for allowing us to have this wonderful experience.

Came in June with a gal friend & bragged about the beach (didn't stay here). Now my husband and I are here to enjoy 5 days away from the hectic usual life. The condo was absolutely fabulous. We cannot thank you enough for sharing the place with us. We are here during a quite time with weather changes that did not matter to us in the least. The sun was still sunny. We cannot wait to come back in 2012 and plan to stay longer. Thank you again.

This was the perfect 3-day getaway & the condo was just what we needed. Recommend Gulf Coast Steamer just down the street for crab legs and crab cakes. Also Lulu's for a great outdoor family atmosphere but you might end up staying all day. Thanks for a wonderful place to stay. My family is recharged!

This property is exactly as pictured. The owners are so friendly and ready to answer any and all questions. The weekend I spent there was warm for November and was 80 on Sunday. A perfert day to for the beach. The beach was uncrowded and great. The condo has everything anyone could ask for. Great place!

Thank you for allowing our family to enjoy your condo. We had to cut our trip short due to Tropical Storm Lee. Maybe if we had sunshine and no rain our stay would have been so much better. Although weather was bad, our place was awesome!! Thank you again for everything. (From Owner) Wish we had control over the weather. We had an open day and offered it to them at the end of their stay but they had to return home.
