We enjoyed our stay at the beach.The view from our balconey was fabulous and the condo was more then we expected. Very comfortable and decorated well. Plan on making a future trip to the Gulf.

We had a great stay at Tidewater. The condo was very nicely furnished. I was very impressed with the security...there was a coded gate into the parking lot and a security guard on duty most of the time. Even though it was spring break, we had no problems with crowds. The beach was beautiful and not crowded. We will definitely stay again!

When we decided to be "snowbirds" and spend six weeks here, it seemed like a LONG time...but now that our time is up; much too short. We love Orange Beach. This was worth getting old for. We have already booked our time for next winter.

This condo is conviently located and Tidewater has grear amenities. The unit is tastefully decorated and very well stocked. Andy and Kathy are wonderful to work with and are willing to do whatever it takes to make you feel welcome. We really enjoyed our stay and now we are missing morning coffee on the balcony and watching dolphins playing in the gulf. Thank you Andy and Kathy for allowing us to have this wonderful experience.

This property is exactly as pictured. The owners are so friendly and ready to answer any and all questions. The weekend I spent there was warm for November and was 80 on Sunday. A perfert day to for the beach. The beach was uncrowded and great. The condo has everything anyone could ask for. Great place!

Came in June with a gal friend & bragged about the beach (didn't stay here). Now my husband and I are here to enjoy 5 days away from the hectic usual life. The condo was absolutely fabulous. We cannot thank you enough for sharing the place with us. We are here during a quite time with weather changes that did not matter to us in the least. The sun was still sunny. We cannot wait to come back in 2012 and plan to stay longer. Thank you again.

This was the perfect 3-day getaway & the condo was just what we needed. Recommend Gulf Coast Steamer just down the street for crab legs and crab cakes. Also Lulu's for a great outdoor family atmosphere but you might end up staying all day. Thanks for a wonderful place to stay. My family is recharged!

Thank you for allowing our family to enjoy your condo. We had to cut our trip short due to Tropical Storm Lee. Maybe if we had sunshine and no rain our stay would have been so much better. Although weather was bad, our place was awesome!! Thank you again for everything. (From Owner) Wish we had control over the weather. We had an open day and offered it to them at the end of their stay but they had to return home.

The best thing was the bar stool height table and chairs on the balcony! Great idea. we are looking forward to coming back for 6 weeks next winter. We won't have to bring much, it is very well appointed.

Enjoyed an extended weekend getaway in this lovely condo. Could have used one more day in this nicely decorated and comfortable unit but time didn't permit us to. Great view of the beach from the balcony of this quiet complex. Kathy and Andy are wonderful and easy to deal with. Highly recommend!

Thank you so much for sharing your condo with us. The first day we arrived it was raining and stormy but the weather was beautiful for the remainder of the week. Our children (ages 9 & 6) absolutely loved the pool. Enjoyed ourselves very much and cannot wait to come back. You will definetely hear from us in the future for our Orange Beach vacations.

The minute we drove through the security gates we were impressed! WoW!! We were impressed by the entire package! The condo was fresh, clean and totally equipped for our week at the beach! We had a great time and were already talking about when we'd come back. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Thanks for a wonderful stay. We'll be back!

This was a great place to stay. So comfortable and beautiful. We already are planning our trip back next year with our new baby! Thanks for everything. We are keeping your phone number. Also the day before our stay, tornado ravaged thought our area in North Alabama. We are headed back to our home but a lot of people lost their homes and lives. A big thank you to the Schaus family - your condo is really nice, pretty and convenient to everything. Once we found our way it was very relaxing. We enjoyed eating at Wintzells, Cosmos and Bubbas. Frove on 59 to Wolf Bay Lodge (not the on across from the condo) and it's definitely not what we expected. Thank you for an enjoyable 2 weeks.

We (my mom, granddaugther and her BFF) took fives and four nights in Tidewater 303 for our Fall Break from school. We love it! Kathy is an awesome hostess. She did everything within her power to make sure our stay was perfect and it was. I plan to come back as many times as I can make legal excuses for because it was well worth my money and the time was like a "spiritual retreat". All the comforts of home and more! It came complete with beautiful sunrise and sunsets. I love the beautiful decor it looked exactly like the pictures on the VRBO site.Everything was just as it had been advertised and had well planned instructions to insure we had everything we need to enjoy our stay. Kathy was always available by phone. I love this place! Thanks Kathy

Kathy We enjoyed our stay at your condo you provided great information that saved a lot of leg work from the resturants just across the street to grocery shopping close by (Publix & Winn Dixie) We arrvied later in the day and just walked across the street for dinner to start a great week. The beaches are wide and clean (no oil don't let the media scare you BP has done their job well here) Locals are friendly & glad you are there. A tastefully decorated condo and Kathy is a pleasure to work with. Pack your bags & go !

Fall Break for my husband and I was more than I had imagined. We have been going to Orange Beach for about 15 yrs. We've stayed at a lot of condos, but this condo was more than a condo. It was more like home. For me, cleanliness is next to Godliness, and first of all it was clean. Secondly, the decor was beautiful as well as comfortable, especially the bed. And, third, it was quiet, private and personal. We enjoyed just sitting on the balcony, having coffee, and watching the sunrise. We also liked the fact, that, it was a gated entry. Grocery stores, drug stores and restaurants were easily accessible. Finally, the best part of this condo was the owners, Kathy and Andy. We were there about a week and I feel like I know them personally. They will do whatever they have to do to make sure all of your needs are met. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a clean, beautiful and private place to get away to.

I cannot express how wonderful Kathy is to work with! We had the most relaxing vacation we could have asked for. The condo was perfect, everything you could need was there. The king size bed in the bedroom was soooo comfortable. The location was perfect. The grounds and the pools were very clean. No oil on the beach and the water was very clear. My kids loved it there, my boys (13 &5) asked if we could go back every year from now on they loved the condo and the pool. So needless to say we will be going back there from now on. We highly recommend the property to anyone with or without kids. We look forward to hopefully spending many more summers there!! Kathy, Andy, & Robert we can not thank y'all enough for sharing your home with us :)

We had a wonderful break from the regular routine of work! The beach was great - no oil or tar balls but unfortunate for the local economy but enjoyable forus. Completely enjoy the people. Thanks for sharing your condo.

It was great! We didn't get down to the concert till right before 5 when it started so we weren't anywhere near the stage but they had big screens set up and you could see it and hear it of course. The atmosphere was a lot of fun. I'm glad we were able to go. It was so sad to see the beach not crowded at all nor any of the shops though. It really made me want to cry. The beach was beautiful and we never did see any oil. Morgan

Hi Kathy! I've been meaning to email you since we got back but have just been busy catching up on work, etc... We had a lovely time. The beach was kind of sad...lots of tar balls, but probably not as many as I thought there would be, and there were double red flags. BUT, the kiddos loved the pool and especially the hot tub, they now want one at home. My 7 year old LOVED sleeping on the top bunk. It was a much needed vacation for us, as the four of us have never gone on a vacation (just us). We missed the fireworks because they did them Sat. night instead of Sunday and we had gone to Wolfe Bay for dinner Saturday night and somehow missed them. I haven't been to the beach in years during the 4th of July but it was not crowded AT ALL. It seemed to me like it should have been November or December based on the beach crowd and traffic. And the restaurant was certainly crowded but it was only a 30 minute wait compared to the hour or two wait that usually awaits you this time of year. Enough of my blabbering....but we may look at the calendar and plan another trip for August or maybe even in October for just me and Gary. What kind of rates do you offer in the fall???
