AN ISLAND PLACE COTTAGE, in historic Anna Maria Village! Located on Pine Avenue (411 Pine Avenue, 34216), and the trolley run, halfway between the Gulf and the city pier! This is a cute, one bedroom cottage with brand new shower/bath, high beamed ceilings, wood floors, and shabby chic throughout! Granite countertops, full size stainless refrigerator, light cooking, with toaster oven, microwave, two burners, and a dishwasher. Queen sized bed, 2 cable televisions, hi-speed wireless internet, and bikes to use!

Close to restaurants, shopping, the Sandbar Restaurant, Ginny's and Jane E's, the City Pier. Enjoy bike riding, kayaking (kayak rentals are a block away, and you can put in to the canal across the street!). The free trolley runs every twenty minutes up and down the 7 mile island, with stops all along the way, for shopping and sightseeing and restaurants in Holmes Beach, Bradenton Beach, and Anna Maria!

  • Sue, An Island Place Cottage was really great. We had so much fun walking up to the beach, eating grouper sandwiches at the Sandbar and Waterfront Restaurants, riding the trolley, renting the double surrey (wow - what a workout!! :) )and enjoying breathtaking views at sunset on the white powdery beaches. We are already making plans to come back next year and stay for a week. Thanks again for all of your hospitality during our short stay.

  • On a scale of 1-10 the Cottage is an amazing 20+! Absolutely perfect! From cleanliness to amenities, from location to expectations surpassed in every way, this place is like entering a bygone era of profoundly relaxing simple pleasures. The free trolley is great. Loved being able to walk to the beach, great restaurants, shopping, the post office, general store, in short - everything you need. This place, . . . another time. This time, . . . no other place! Hoping the secret of Anna Maria Island will remain well kept. We'll definitely be back!

    We truly enjoyed our relaxing stay here. Sue, you are a great hostess, and we loved Fritz and Mark. Comfy cottage with homey beachy decor and even Christmas things. The parade was a nice surprise as was the festival, and getting places by trolley made things so convenient. As a realtor in Southern Indiana (and Louisville, KY), I will definitely share your location with as many others as possible. "Miss Kitty" also found it cozy. We'll definitely be back!
